    blue dragons in members dungeon works too. there is safe spot by the tunnel to the demon. just bring some runes to cast a quick spell or you wont be able to get any from the melee guys. just pre-cast and wait till spawn.

    dont laugh but the way i got my prayer to 43 was killing chickens. they die in one hit and respawn faster then u can kill em. wont take too long.
