i also received this mail too.. i'll guess the scammer go to the member list and just mass send until he's bored..
the mail was in my junk mail.. oh well.. i receive these type of mails once every few months.. i enjoy reading them all though :P

29 August 2006 - Demons, Dragons and Giants
This week we have given some of our more popular creatures a bit of a make-over. We had noticed that while all our new monsters and villains were improving all the time, it meant that some of the old favourites were looking a little tired and neglected. Nothing quite brings out the sparkle in the KBD's eyes (all 6 of them) like a well deserved trip to the Ardougne training area for a workout and a day or two in the mime's make-up department.
Other beasts strutting their new-improved look include:
*Blue, Red, Green and Black dragons
*Fire, Ice, Moss and Hill giants
*Lesser, Greater and Black demons.
Now, don't worry! These beasts still have all the same stats, effects and drops as they had before, so the normal care and attention should be followed if you're going to visit, or you'll be finding yourself in need of a makeover! Anti-dragonbreath shields, pots and food at the ready...
Just as we have in the past, we will continue to improve the graphics of the older areas of the game to keep them up to date with the high standard of updates.
Graphical improvements currently being worked on include Bats, Rats and Varrock!
now anyone has the screenshots? im quite far from any of these monsters..

Please no, "F2P deserve no updates" posts...
But that is just it. You don't deserve any updates. F2P is just a massive demo, whether you think it is or not. It is to inspire people to get members... not to make people happy and want to stay on F2P.
The more non-graphical updates F2P gets, the more you guys will think, "Hey. We got a cool update. Why should I buy members? If we complain and wait long enough, we'll eventually get what we want."
Nuff said?
let me just tell u that those ppl who are long term f2ps like myself seriously have valid reasons to not become p2p.. i shal not list them here
but c'mon jagex.. 1 new free quest per half a year.. is it really so difficult? those ppl who would get membership most probably dont have the patience to wait 6 months for a new quest...

begging is bad enough in f2p and now you would have more noobs begging for money to build something.. no no! no construction!! fletching!

i agree too.. just look at my bank (in the link in my sig).. i have to wear a set of armour or costume on everytime! no longer am i able to walk around with just my bare shirt.. i sign!

remove the post count and add a reputation system. im sure that will discourage spam and simple useless comments and yet encourage more productive comments and posts

actually if jagex cant think of any ideas for giving out these stuff.. they can just simply just do the old school type of giving out a message then dropping items.. EXCEPT that they are untradable :D

consider the reality? then i'll probably use a scimitar and slash at ppl's legs and see them crawling away instead of in rs, where hitting your head with my r2h can enable you to still run

then that person would be ranked 1st for f2p and this is better since skills are way more difficult to train on f2p than on p2p

its spam because it doesnt give anything to where it can spark a conversation its just saying he gets 3-4 evil chickens a day and its annoying after the first one when you could just run
if ur gonna report someone posting that for spam, you probably would be busy whole day reporting topics here.. chill mate.. this can be a discussion for evil chickens.. just that its in the wrong section.

nicest i had ever done i think was last wk, when my bank was running out of space. so i gave a rune chain and a sara helm to a random woodcutter that i met at edgeville and chatted for the past 30 min.. lol..
