All of the wiggers that I chill wit are just as black as me. They grew up in the same neighborhood, seen the same things, lived the same way, and came out the same way. I don't understand why chavs would chase a skater down the block for having long hair though..

Look at his combat stats.
8.2million cb exp in his 3 skills, shouldn't his HP be atleast 1/3rd of that, since he played that char before PC was introduced.

People seem to keep drawing lines between people being in the military and rdrinking being more respnsible than people not in the military drinking. Which is beside the point. The fact is, the military is more dangerous than drinking, you can join the military at a much younger age so if we entrust young people to be able to make that decision responsibly then it's only fair they should be able to make the responsible decision to drink or not.
Just stop arguing, you're right. If society feels you're responsible enough to make the decision to join the military, they should also feel you're responsible enough to make the decision to drink and be responsible while doing it. If I'm 17 and can be tried as an adult for murder, then tell me why I'm an adult when I want to murder someone, but not when I want to drink or smoke.

see me i wont never understand why people dislike "chavs", it's a new word but they seem similar to wiggers to me. Anyway i grew up with a few white people who are no different than me aside from their skin color, so why should they dress/talk/act different than I do? They're products of their environment the same as me.

my favorite part is that whole rejecting that britain should have to give aid to 3rd world countries. I wish the U.S could spend all of our money we give to stupid little countries on ourselves. Why should we help other people, we went from nothing to greatness in 300 years, they can too.

I just recently recovered my old main w/ 86 fishing and am now fishing sharks. Sharks are the only thing I want in my bank, next to them is an iban staff. If I drop it where would I get it back if I ever wanted it? I just want my bank to be coins and shark until I'm ready to start training combat and runecrafting.

There's 23 items, you don't need anything else besides that to make money, merch, train and PK in F2P. Stop complaining about not being able to save your Random Event items, if you want useless stuff become a member, if you want to experience the game for free stay F2P.

No. Air runes are nice because then you can use them to cast earth/water/fire attacks, all with 3 staffs and x amount of air runes. if you have a bunch of fire runes, they're only useful with an air staff. Sorry =/ this idea won't ever catch on.

It doesn't work like that, the air altar is EXTREMELY close to the fally bank. Making it profitable, what do you have against air running anyway?

I have a "legacy punishment" on my main account w/ 7.5 blackmarks, but it all stems from back in 2002 when someone asked what an STD is, I replied"super terrific drugs, everyone should get them". I got 7.5 blackmarks for that, now they say they don't remember what this was for, but I sure do. So will I ever be a mod, as I've since had 5 years of clean gameplay?

This won't work. First it's further away than the air altar, and second why would anyone want to make half the money just because the demand isn't that high?

No 52 is as high as you want it. You don't keep your prayer lvl going because of how many points you have, you use prayer potions.
At lvl 52 a prayer potion heals 17 prayer points, at lvl 60 it heals 19 prayer points. The extra money spent and the extra cb lvls is not worth it. Just stick with 52.

but w/ an anti drag shield his breath only hits you for up to 12(or 8), which means you only need 13 HP and a good offensive attack(for you it was earth bolt) to do it. You just safe spotted, attacked and ate right? Anyway grats that's a low lvl to do d.slayer on.
