  4. That graffiti art is very good. I can admire art that has a meaning or that really makes you look and wonder.

But art that you need to ask " What's that? " isn't art. Art should be like a mirror, you look at it and see something that relates to you in it.

People who splash paint on a canvas and call it " Abstract " can just collectively commit suicide because that's not art, it's rubbish.

  5. Wow - That's one heck of a device. It has all random dials and such for different cycles and things.

I agree we should be more advanced than we are now. If we built the wheel thousands of years ago, then why do we still use it? Why aren't we floating?

It has taken us 6 Million Years to get to here, in the last 50 years was another of out MAJOR leaps in evolution, but if you divided it up. We SHOULD be further ahead. But looking at it all now, I don't really want us to be more advanced, all that ' More advanced ' is now. Is finding easier ways of killing people e.g the sword, gunpowder, Nuclear Bomb etc etc.

  6. Nope it's an artistic display.

One example is of a man standing and in his right hand is an empty human body, draped over his hand. Just the persons skin. Very strange but also very interesting.

  7. The recent thing that caught my eye was the Human Body Exhibition.

The artist that dries out bodies and poses them in positions, it's very radical but it's also very interesting.

Perhaps if you have the chance to see it, you should.

  8. I'm sorry but I don't like State Of Origin. But I suppose it's a good break from those Stupid uplate quiz shows.

The Big V tends to laugh at the other silly states with their sunny rugby game. Hohoho!

    But NSW Will Win. :XD:

  9. I don't think I have done anything, directly as a way to impress people. Obviously people like going for that 99 Skill to wear the cape to show off? If you had a party set, wouldn't you get it out for 5 minutes each day and swap them in a rainbow like effect?

Showing off is part of Runescape, working hard for that level then gloating that you have it.

That's why you should go for 99 Runecrafting and then be like " Oh yeah oh yeah! " \'

  10. Lol.

Runescape is a game based on chance on percentages. One day you could kill 1000 men and not get a clue scroll, the next day you could kill one and get a scroll.

You were probably getting lucky and hitting well the day before, and the next day you obviously were having a 'bad' day. I think Jagex would have thought a lot harder about this update before releasing it. As many people would complain.

So go out and test it continually for a week. Then come up with an opinion. ;)

  11. Ah yes, I agree that there are some true modern day artists out there. But a vast majority are in it for the pride or money. Which you usually don't get till you become famous, which in most cases happens AFTER you die. :XD:

But this post is mostly about people's attitude towards art. But please, discuss , comment and criticise. ::'

  12. I sat my GAT today - It's an exam that students in year 12 do, in Victoria, Australia - A General Assessment Test.

    At the end of the exam we had to comment on the following story;

" It is said that a man once criticised Picasso for creating unrealistic art. Picasso asked him: ' Can you show me some realistic art? ' The man showed him a photograph of his wife. Picasso observed: ' So your wife is two inches tall, two-dimensional, with no arms and no legs, and no colour but only shades of grey?' "

I was really inspired by this, and it made my mind wonder.

I recently had a thought, with modern day art people are either experts or facists. You get the " Oh thats a marvelous piece by Van Gogh " or " That's just rubbish " - You also get the people that WANT to be artistic so they go and buy their supplies and they put on some dramatic music and flail themselves at the canvas in an attempt to create the next masterpiece, then wear a beret and buy clothes from the Op Shop. Why can't we appreciate art, as art. Be neutral?

If you want to participate in art, then do it your own way, don't start in the hope of becoming rich and famous. And to all your Facists and Experts, your not cool and your not upstanding by doing so. Please keep your information or hate to yourself.

Now you may read this and disagree with all of it, thinking " Oh Shut up Fool, you generalise and basically make up crap " - I might agree with you, but I decided to post this in an attempt to write down what I was thinking. :-k

    So have fun - Flame :shame: , criticise -.- , applaud =D> . It's up to you.

  13. One of the main reasons I moved is simple minded people like you. British men are only concerned with Football, Lager and Women.

    People who stereotype

Either way, we care that they died, but honestly how doesn't matter, becuase either way, they are gone.

People who only look to the future and present. I am not trying to sound like a smart [wagon] but knowing the past is a way to avoid bad things happen in the future.

I used to live in England, and let me tell you from most of the Adults I knew, this was definately the case. Now yes that was a huge generalisation, but I was aggrivated by what he said.

    One that happened on the way home today was;

One lady was talking to another lady about her job options and about what she had been doing recently.

The other lady while listening intently, instead of nodding in agreement, to acknowledge that she was understanding and taking consideration of what she was saying, was instead " Mmmh " 'ing in a manner that sounded like she was faking a climax. Now after about ... 8 times, Literally. I wanted to used my shoe as a cattle prod and imprint my very artistic groove patterning on the bottom of my shoe on her forehead. Instead I thought happy thoughts until my Stop ( I was on the train ).

To all you Mmmmh'ers that sound like your faking a climax - WATCH YOUR BACK!

  14. Copy what they say : " Hello " - " Hello " " What are you doing " - " what are you doing? " - " Stop Copying me! " - " Stop Copying me! " -" Stop Copying me! " - " Stop Copying me! " " Stop Copying me! " - " Stop Copying me! " -" Stop Copying me! " And it NEVER ENDS!

Also after every word or sentence you say, go " yeahhh " and point your finger and say it like Duffman. After 20 or so times of doing it. Boy does it annoy people.

  15. Your annoyed that people are trying to figure out who and how people killed thousands of people?

    Your British right?

One of the main reasons I moved is simple minded people like you. British men are only concerned with Football, Lager and Women. How about you go back to school and leave the grown-ups to talk eh?

  16. But the thing is, I can't believe that everyone going for a 99 Skill did it because it satisfied them. They would of had to pushed themself on. Dragged even. Nor was i satisfied when i got a 99 Skill.

Some people play games to win money.

You can't tell me it comes down to I'm mindless and live for fun, that's why I play.

So if murdering or raping someone was fun, you'd do it? Or if it was satisfying you'd have a whack?

I know people play games for fun ...

I'm not even sure what i'm hoping somone to say anymore.
