i disagree, the new trading restrictions will only alow the prices of rares to go up a max of 30k every 15 minutes. On the whole scale of this when rares are 10m+ this is only a tiny amount and rares are getting harder to sell without use of the grand exchange

yeh basicly its so if u got summin inportant to tell your mate then u can quickly tell him even when hes logged off.

yeh good idea mabee elves have better fatige and dont loose run as quick, but mabee dwarfs mine slightly faster. Good point.

Ever been playing runescape and then someone on your friends list logs on. Lets say bob213 logs on. Now you think, who on earth is bob213? Is he the guy i was buying mages from or the guy i was pk-ing with. Well now you can remember all that with.....(ta da) THE FRIEND NOTES!

 

 

 

Basicly you hover over your mate on the friends list, a little seethough box apears like on the magic inventry, then press...edit note, and add in your note about the player.
