Where's the best place to sell cooked swordfish and fire runes?

Yeah i'm thinking of using maybe 2-3 prayer pots per run.

Yeah rune scimmy then rune2h to finish em off especially in the wildy. That's what i do :) but yeah use a rune scimmy.

(My mage is 47 and my ranged is 35 so i don't feel like getting it up.) Well get your prayer up and bring good food i.e. swordfish, monkfish, sharks etc. Oh and definetely get your def up. (To 45 atleast)

Ok so i've been trying to sell my dragon medium helmet (for 290k or more) and i've gotten many crappy offers. Here are a few. 27k and a rune longsword (WTF!??!!?!!) 148k 20k and full green dragon hide (Lol?) All these people were in their 70's too so i was surprised they weren't less nooby :-s. Has the price of the dragon medium helmet gone down dramaticlly or are these people blind? Oh and if you're buying one post here. (Lazy i am :)

Would training at the flesh crawlers be better then training at the lesser demons? Trying to get to 70 strength and 70 defence. Attack 72 Strength 68 Defence 67 Hitpoints 68
