As soon as one trade is seen down, people will dump then.

Ever since the trade limits people have been complaining that this game should be free market.
But this whole thread people are complaining that there should be caps and buying limits.
Well take your pick... free market or caps?
If you want a free market, then merchanting comes with the territory.

With the new lend item feature, people will not have much demand for buying armor or weapons.

I doubt that was the only person checking the high scores. I'm sure more people would have noticed it.

FAKE.
Look at in in image editor.
You'll notice the blue in the sailing icon is all one solid color.
Then look at the other skill icons and you will see what I mean.

The gold farmers are in a position to really hurt the runescape economy. I'm sure they have several accounts with billions of gp on them.
What would happen if they bought up all the rares and just dropped them?

I know there are many of you like me that have a ton of maple logs.
Maple logs have gone through the floor in price. They are 45-55gp each.
I remember I used to be able to sell them for 110 each.
I did see a post from jagex that said they are aware of the enormous amount of maple logs and the low price. They said that they are going to make a shop buy them back at 85gp each.
I am going to take my 20 mil, and buy as many logs as I can so I can make a profit.

Ok, so i just slaughtered the KQ and she dropped a Kaplhite Queen Head.
It says I need 78 construction to mount it.
I only have 56 construction.
Is there anyway around this????
