my panic theory regarding rares

 

 

 

i came up with a theory about the fluctuationg prices of rares as it is too complicated to explain with simple supy and demand.

 

 

 

firstly people seeking to buy rares as an investment buy up a large number of rares and hold them, since nobody is selling them at that price and they are being held for profit, the price rises, when the price reaches a point where most people are satisfied with the profit theyve made they sell, as many more rares are being sold at one point the price starts to drop, people then "panic" and try and sell them causing it to drop faster, people then buy at the low price seeking to make a profit and the process repeats itself.

 

 

 

also as these items are discontinued and the rs population is always increasing this means more people want to take advantage of the low prices each cycle, meaning the maximums get higher and the miniums in the cycle get lower, it is also responsible for the slight upward trend of rares as some people buy to keep not for profit.

no, that does not mean rwters will be able to trade inbalencedly, why? they trade 10 items that are worth 13k in your opinion that are worth 200k in jagex opinion... they aparently make 187k profit according to you, not quite because the only opinion that matters now is jagex, BECAUSE nobody can trade at your pices anymore. problem solved

i was mucking around in the wildy when i got attacked by a lvl 102 with no items on, i wasnt skuled so i decided to kill him, but as soon as i started attacking him he ran east to try and escape and kept calling me names ( i would have reported under normall surcumstances but i cudnt at that moment. i eventually killed him by the chaos alter and got an ENOURMOUS suprise

theres many ways to get tons of cash without skills - merchanting, law running, nat running, air running. fungi picking is a good one especially if u use prayer pots its 700k an hour or soi dont like it because it doesent give exp though

does the d hide really help when killing the boss? ive been killing with dharoks plate for def and veracs skirt def and pray and i seemed to get on fine ( soloing 1 kill a trip ) i got my godsword shard one of the maging demon after i had killed the melee one, i suggest putting protect range or mage on just before going into the dungeon as the sara mages and rangers attack you if your wearing zamy equip, i used protect mage with barrows armour but maybe range would be better with d hide

[Killing the God Wars Bosses (Updated Armydal Added)]

it might be suitable to add an anti poison to the zammy inventory as the poison from zammy boss hits 16 so a sip of anti poison before the fight can prevent a lot of damage. ive also found a ranger standing back from the boss with duamond bolts (e) or ruby bolts (e) can inflict massive damage from a safe distance as the boss will not move from the person he is attacking and the melee bodygaurd demon ( the only one that attacks on the east wall ) will be too far away to be tempted, i did this with a friend in the mid 70s who is 71 range or something close and he inflicted more damage this way than i did with my whip pure set and piety.
