  1. Hmm, we should find a random p2p noob with little over 1500 total, just an average player, and make him a legend.

    Spread the word that he's going for all stats 200m and try and make him more famous then s u o m i.

     

    Gemeos2's total is 2118, is that low enough?

    On Topic: Go S U O M I! I'm fascinated by hearing all the methods that the top 15 use or could use. Some of them I've even tried, though since I'm dirt poor I can't do the vast majority of them.

    No, that one was horrific for me as well. Falconry is not the quick, easy fix it was made out to be.

     

    Yeah. You both probably had it worse than me, but it took me 1.5 hours to get the first two hunter rocks from falconry.

    well it took me 3 minutes with falconry, but yeah some of my friends were there for hours upon hours. Guess i was just lucky.

    Took me an hour there for each pair.

     

    I now have the second set ready to make my next statue in 5 days. :D

  3. Great work on the Skill Progress Calculator! 2 suggestions. 1: Make it only show 100% at 200m xp not when very close to a level. For example I am 240xp from a summoning level and it shows me 100%. 2: Allow sorting by each column. This would allow you to sort by Skill Current Level Current XP Progress/% done XP till next level . This would be useful because then you could easily see what skills you are closest to your next level in or be easier to see your progress in your lower level skills, etc.

  4. Point is that you can collect all stones while skilling, except construction

    I've never looked into it, but is making flatpacks a viable option for construction training? I believe someone mentioned that they were training it previously with that and a pack yak.

    Also what about making teleport tabs? Might have to sit around for 10sec or something to reach a minute each time though.

  5. Ignore slayer as a top money maker. Why? Because you can camp all the tasks (excluding non-campable ones which you can't get) and just do the best one and not have to worry about bad tasks.

    Substitute values for a and b (in hours), where a is your start time and b is your end time.

     

    The value obtained is the average multiplier for the time period.

    I checked for first 10 minutes and then next 10 minutes and they both gave numbers over 2.7 which is what Jagex said it would start at.

  7. So 2 questions regarding the bonus xp weekend. First how many pouches can I make per 10 minutes using kyatt and duelling rings? Second what is the XP multiplier at each 10 minute interval for the first 2-3 hours? I plan to be using this to roughly calculate what order I should use my charms and what pouches to make to maximize my end level.

  8. Just wear good melee armour, like a dh plate with a verac skirt. I would whip and super pot. you should be fine with just monks, but if you get overwhelmed, just pray ranged.

    For the ranged ones, you can kill them in the first level at the point where you need two people to open the door. The chaos tunnels are also an option. Don't expect to get a lot of hides, though; in a task of 200 or so dags I typically get about 5 hides.

    Ouch that is slow. I put an offer in for max for a bunch of them and I guess I will jsut keep raising it to try and avoid having to collect them myself. Now I need to figure out a good way to collect polar kebbit furs.

  10. If you wont dk, youll be best of cannoning and/or meleeing regular dags (in waterbirth). How come youre looking for hides?

    For summoning. Where in waterbirth dungeon and what kind of equipment? Would I want to pray? Also whip or balmung?

  11. You would be best off buying them. Better still, you should just craft runes to lvl rather than make talismans. You will waste time by collecting them. Time = money. If i spend 1 hour collecting 100k worth of tallies, i just lost 600k potential profit. You would be best off making money specifically, then just buying them.

    He is probably using them for summoning, and they are unbuyable on the GE already and will probably stay that way for the next 2 weeks.

  12. I really like some of the music, especially newer tracks like Zaros Stirs. I agree with some of the other posters that I'd love to see some sort of optional packet of ACTUAL orchestral music. Being a composer and someone who works with MIDI on a regular basis, I can sympathize with them to an extent. It's sad that the audio team is so... insignificant in comparison to everything else going on at Jagex HQ. They have very little support and that probably wont change.

     

    I wouldn't mind going to work for the audio team. :wink:
