  1. If you ask me, junk trading is bad.

Junk trading is simply bypassing the 3/30k trade limit. This isn't a good thing. There is a reason Jagex put in the trade limit: to get rid of RWT, macroes, scammers, ...

Sooner or later, you'll see more and more macroes, because people can just collect free junk and receive money for it, paying the macroes real money! I don't think Jagex will let this happen; they've worked too hard to get a fair game and they want to keep it that way.

So, either people stop using it, or Jagex will make it impossible to use...

Be careful what you do! Jagex can do A LOT more that will be even worse then removing wild.

Maybe they'll remove player tot player trades and replace it with the GE buying everything immideatly with set prices that will never change.

You're missing the point, all JaGeX has to do is update the price of the items, and we won't need to junk trade. Simple.

  2. i still buy everything and sell everything through the GE. why would i want "junk"? i like to pay with cash and get straight cash for my items.

You say you 'still buy everything and sell everything through the GE' but you can't get 3rd age like that, nobody sells it in there. You're not experienced enough in the high market to post what you said.

In my opinion, junk trades are just a way around the flawed Grand Exchange. I support it, but I definitely would like JaGeX to commit their time to punch some numbers into their broken machine. Heck, I would do it myself, wouldn't take long. Even if they do a few items a day (which would take minutes) that would be great, but sitting at the same prices doesn't solve anything, and only forces us players to use junk trades. We really need JaGeX to update these prices, there's no reason not to!

I myself have some items I will not sell in the grand exchange, because I know that doing so is only making the problem worse, plus I'll lose a lot of money, as I currently have 1 of each of a cat, wolf, and bat mask, as well as a third age melee helmet, third age magic bottoms, and some black canes. I would like to cash these in, but I certainly will not let JaGeX ruin our economy. They say that the players control the prices, but with the broken Grand Exchange, we certainly cannot do so.

  3. Alright, I'll try to explain this the best way I can... I decided to do summoning about a week ago, so I went to Nardah to kill some Desert Goats for their horns, to grind them up, and to use as a 2nd summoning ingredient for Smoke Devils.

Anyways, I wore my void ranger outfit, ranger boots, archer ring, fury amulet, Unholy Book, Ava's Accumulator, and 2K Iron Knives.

Well I started getting horns and everything was going fine, but all of a sudden the goat takes 2 poison damage. So I look at my iron knives, and they are just normal ones, NOT Iron Knives (p) but just Iron Knives. So this happened 3 times on the goats, on different goats, and I'm wondering if this is a bug.

It also happened yesterday at Abyssal Leeches while I was getting Pouches for RuneCrafting. Just the same situation, same gear, and iron knives.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is this a bug? I've sent it to JaGeX but it still happened yesterday. I'm wondering if they're allergic to iron or something?

  4. I've been a ranger for a while, and I've always used a shortbow. I prefer its speed over the longbow.

However, I've seen a LOT of people, especially in F2P, use longbows. Which one's "better"? Which one do you use?

F2Pers use longbows because they are stupid, they also use 2h swords for training, pickaxes for training, etc. They don't know the best ways to train.
