In extreme cases like the Falador massacre they would have good reason to ban players, but they have to keep in mind that sometimes when people get golden opportunities like that, it's hard to resist. (free party hats, who would say no?)

Hi, have you ever tried helping one or a group of people out only to have it blow up in your face?
Well I have, and this felt like a good time to share my experiences as well as for other people to get there's out. Plus I thought it would make for some interesting stories.
To begin with we all the the IQ of the average RS player is about 30, so an intelligent players intentions or words can often be misinterpreted and there is just a general dislike for people with compassion in this game.
Twice have I run into these kinds of people.
#1) The first day the Academy of Safety was released I hurried to the new building just like everyone else and completed the test and the ran through the dungeon, upon which I discovered the treasure chest and its cool new rewards. When I came back I noticed there were many lower level or newer players who were scared or confused as to what the dungeon held in store for them. So I start advertising that I'm taking anyone and everyone to the treasure chest absolutely risk and cash free. Upon which someone comes and says "Scammer! There is no chest! Reported!" and starts encouraging others to report me for scamming as well. Though this didn't really effect the crowds and crowds of people who I lead to the chest and back again without a scratch, it was still quite frustrating.

meh i stopped helping people cept when they were nice... :wall: its kinda annyoign being called a scammer when i said putting abby whip in party chest-i had just got 2 ^^ som dude put in 100!

not bragging or anything as being a member, not trying to a smart aleck, but the reason the f2p does not get member items because f2p does not pay for the game, they play for free. If Jagex gives member stuff to f2p, all members would quit and become f2p, which means no more money for Jagex. And if you say "well we only want part of the stuff!" Well then players will feel Jagex has giving up on not making f2p updates, which means more f2p will be begging for more stuff and more stuff. And another thing, you have to be member to get skillcapes, you dont have to be member to use it's emote
might be late but u gotta have the cape on to do emote? rihgt?

who wont it be legal, you dont afk, you have to watch the computer all the time and anyone can do it.
makes a good poitn but make ure to tlak if you do this...obvious reasons :wall:
