Logistical flaws due to weapon speeds:
You could of started ur attack with a gs and the game already determined your gonna hit say 100 and monster has 130lp left.
Someone then with a DDS could start their attack and adminster it during ur slow gs attack hitting 30lp.
So ur 100lp hit is then the killing blow.
But it started the animation BEFORE it was determined as the killing blow, what happens here?
Simialr places like soulwars you get looaaaads piled on often hitting lots of low numbers. Say the avatar has 50lp left and 50 people with a whip all hit 1, at the same time. How do you then decide you got the killing blow? They all hit at the exact same time so it went for 50lp to 0lp and died in 1 tick; but it was 50 seperate attacks tht each alone wuld not be a killing hit.
Honestly, it doesn't matter. It's not a competition, it's an animation that just goes to show that you killed it, or if someone WERE to breach it by attacking faster/slower, then oh well, they'll get it next time. It's just something like the new HP update, and the splash's.

From the author of the Right-click Prayer Icon :)
No pics unfortunately, not sure what to even get a picture of!
So here comes a new idea. A final move, that shows who is the killer of an enemy. Only the person who did the last damage points will do the animation.
This would go everywhere, whenever you kill something. So, for example,
Weapon - Animation
Battleaxes / hatchets - Raises weapon high, fast and powerfully swipes down.
Swords - Impales the monster/enemy
Dagger - Fast cuts to neck/torso, (whatever is appropriate according to Jagex...)
Pickaxe - Smashes through head or side (^^^^)
Anyways, you get the idea. Every real weapon has it's one use that is different then each other. Let's let these final hit animations be those uses.
You can add on, if will_holmes reads this, msg me and you could prob help me with this one again.

What the ****? I LOL'd hard when I flipped through the forums and saw this, and it's like the exact same thing and I posted a few days ago. Epic failure. I'll take mine off  I love you.

I remember when construction came out, sitting down on chairs and benches was the coolest pointless thing you could do in the game. Well now they are releasing places to sleep/and or sit in RuneScape again, like RSC. Well why not expand on the sitting down OUTSIDE of poh's? When that came out, everyone thought that it was amazing, and cool. But you can't do it on any of the benches or chairs that are ALREADY coded into the game. Yay, we can examine them, but thats about it. Why don't they just take the new update and merge it?
Supporters? pl0x?
I'm talking about how they said we could sit down on BENCHES, AT THE TIME OF POH'S RELEASE, but did not tell us with benches. People were dissapointed with that, we thought we could sit on any normal bench or chair in the game. Not the new update, though thats the idea.

Grats to everyone for getting this put into the game! \So if they do make that update, would there be one in the future that would allow you to automatically eat a piece of food in your inventory when you click the hp icon? Clicking the prayer menu and turning off your prayers shouldn't take more than a second. And if you have decent gear on with any sort of prayer bonus, you most likely wouldn't lose any prayer points anyway.
The food suggestion might happen alongside with Summoning and Prayer, but the point of these suggestions isn't getting an advantage in combat, although it might provide an incredibly small one, but ease of use. The better and more streamlined the interface, the better the game.
I love you, will.
I love you too. :D
Much help from Will of course! And holy CABBAGE CABBAGE CABBAGE, my ideas work! Jagex loves me.

26k tricking not pking. ;) there's a difference
The DFH is from a pk, the other 3m was from an hour of 26king, hence the title, 'random loot'.
So yeah, there is a difference. ;)

These pictures look terrible; I've never seen anything get jpg-raped this bad. Use PNG!
Otherwise, gratz on the awesome drop.
Thanks. When I took the picture and first uploaded it, it was fine. How do I change it to PNG? Save file as?

Scared my balls off when I saw that in the drop! I got barraged and an attempted PJ failed on me, ('cause PJ'ers suck LOL), but I made it into the bank for the 10 seconds. What an exciting drop, free 14m. The set of dragon in the bank is my own set, though. :( Wish I could have that luck. But, I did manage to get more the same day.

The Blast Furnace was messed up for me, too. I never lost any ores but they would somehow get "stuck" in the loop and not come out until I added more ores or did something else to update the Blast Furnace. I basically did the same thing as Ray and sold all my ores and just bought bars.
BUT HE DIDN'T BUY BARS DID HE?
he bought anchovies instead!
And yet he complained his belly wasn't full.

Can I have that glitch? But an on/off button too lol  So have you fixed it yet?
If not, yeah I guess just hope that Jagex fixes it.
Thanks for the help everyone. Dieing was the factor that got rid of it for me. Thanks!

During all quests that prayer is mentioned, your character defines Zamorak as evil, and Saradomin as positive, "Thank Saradomin". Guthix is never really mentioned, besides ToG.
So really, I don't think your char. OR Jagex would let us use different prayer styles.
Thought it would be funny to see a Retribution prayer upside down, as a Zamorak style, but it won't happen.
-
Yeah, I can't seem to close it either. Logged in and out, changed worlds, tried a chat dialog with an NPC, opened my bank.. It's just there on top, or after the chat dialog is finished. HALP? Second day of this, reported to Jagex but they probably are too lazy or doing things that aren't helpful.

You don't read. Please be excused from my topic, why dont'cha?

Then why did Jagex make the Turn off Run mode button? Is the population that lazy? Well, I'm part of the population, so i'm somehow lazy. So don't bother, it won't work here. Idiot.
I do think you are being a tad lazy because no one was ranting about that when run wasnt out.
Also you run more than you pray.
Are you that lazy to take the second it takes to get to the prayer screen? This would make things too easy.+1
It only took a second to get to the tools screen. No more stupid answers that can be answered with the same thing.
And no, you don't run more then you pray, that makes no sense. Where does that take place, F2P BH?
-
Assuming you have a hand free, you could also press F6...
...and (thankfully) prayer flashing no longer works.
If we're talking about the same thing, it works... You mean turning off pray between attacks? I use it all the time.
On topic please.

I think this will be very hard to add into the game so late. Because we have all grown real fond of our HP bars, we don't want to die because we forgot we have a new update that changes the look.
-
Amen!!! Support
And Guthix said, let there be a solid chatbox. Amen.
-
I support, it's a good idea. But now we seem to be giving the onscreen icons a clicking function, we may as well finish the job and include clicking functions for the HP and Summoning buttons. Maybe pressing the Summoning icon will activate a familiars special move, provided you have a familiar out, the correct scrolls and enough special move energy?
Thank you! Yeah, that might well also be done.
Yes, it will be usefull!...But not just 1 prayer... Think about saradoming or armadyl solo trips...
u need to turn on: mage protect/range protect + some defence protect+ item protect + eye (eage,hawk,...).
So ill turn on all 4 prayers and than just click turn OFF, it will turn off all the prayer but when i come in (boss room) i just click on TURN ON, and it will turn on all 4 prayers, good idea!
Yeah! You can select the prayers you want to be active when you first use the button, when you log in.
I suppose this'll be alright, but it has to be a right-click option rather than a left-click one. So, you don't accidentally click it while fighting Tztokjad or something.Yeah, I suppose that could be....Hazardous? LOL.
Thanks for the support everybody.

I think the run button belonged on the overhead screen all along. Jagex made many graphical changes over the past two years, but only until recently did they include all three (HP, Prayer, Energy) on the front view.
See, with all of that, we got a bar indicating how much run energy and prayer energy we have. Before, we had to press F2 to check our health and prayer and F4 to eat food, as well as pressing F6 to activate prayer spells... (or click the button). I'm grateful that I don't have to do that anymore (for the sake of looking).
Furthermore, the run button was located (and still is located) in an area without a hotkey.
Prayer has a hotkey [F6].
I'm not asking for a hotkey, and you people aren't reading. Topic is, "Turn prayer mode off?"
And some peoples F keys do not work on RS, like myself.

OR you can easily just click while you're already there.

It would also be sued for prayer flashing.
Sued, or used? If sued, WTF?
If used, whats your point? Flashing your prayer is illegal? Are you F2P?
Final Hit - Finishing move animation
in RuneScape Suggestions
Posted
So maybe it could give it to the player that also has done the most damage, only in that circumstance? As much as I like your feedback and everything, this is open to your suggestions too, please feel free to add on or correct anything you see and I can change it.
