  1. Well, thank you for the info on double nats. It's nice to have a more accurate answer. 620k without a summoning monster is pretty cool, and 920k is even cooler. :P

Also, I never knew that green dragons could pull in that much. Thanks for disputing that topic btw... :?

Oak plank making is just running back and forth to the sawmill with a spirit terrorbird familiar giving you lots of run and an extra 12 inventory spaces. Looks like the estimate for that isn't off too much. ::'

Thanks for the info guys, but can anyone tell me the rates for tanning hides? Thanks again!

  2. I've heard of countless numbers of money-making methods. Some of the methods' cash per hour rates seem grossly exaggerated, so I'd like to know which ones are legitimate and which ones are too good to be true. I'll list the methods I've heard of and their claimed cash per hour rates:

    • [*:dlcha7rs]Green Dragons: 395k

      [*:dlcha7rs]Oak Planks: 380k

      [*:dlcha7rs]Double Nats: 1M+

I also have heard of some methods that I don't know the cash per hour rates for:

    • [*:dlcha7rs]Gathering whiteberries (Wilderness)

      [*:dlcha7rs]Crafting nature runes (single)

      [*:dlcha7rs]Hunting red chinchompas (63+, 70+, 80+)

      [*:dlcha7rs]Crafting law runes

[*:dlcha7rs]Tanning hides (Green, Blue, Red, Black, Cow)

      [*:dlcha7rs]Teletab making

    Thanks guys, you rock! ::'

  3. Hey guys. I've read guides on Armored Zombies and Zombie Monkeys and how they give extremely fast melee XP. However, both guides claim their methods and monsters better than all others. This leads me to the question, which training method actually pulls in more XP an hour on average? Also, are these two really the best? Is there some other unheard of method that is actually better? It would be great if any of you guys could answer that. Oh, and if you're wondering about my stats, there's a link to my Highscores to the left on this below my user avatar. Assume I'm using the standard high strength/high prayer bonus gear. Thanks guys!

  4. neither of them. teaks are better than both of them so use lumberjacks on teaks. you can either cut and burn or cut and drop, OR cut and parcel bank them. the choice is yours but i'd highly advise against using either willows or maples...

if, however, for some reason you don't want to do teaks, i'd have to say willows and lumberjack are better than maples due to the speed differences between the two.

Agreed. Remember to bring trading sticks and woodcut at Karamja. The parcel service is to the west; you should know if you did the quest.

  5. Yaks suck for melee training.

Hmm, well I get around 40k-50k an hour at yaks with normal pots. Do you think that the possible higher xp is worth it?

Do Defender of Varrock. Armoured zombies are way better xp; plus they have good drops. And use super sets.

I definitely agree with the armoured zombies part and if I do go there, I'll be sure to switch to super sets. I guess I'm doing Defender of Varrock ASAP then; thanks guys!

  6. Multiple times I've seen rocks scattered across RuneScape with a transportation symbol on them. No, they weren't near gliders or spirit trees; they were all on their own. Can these rocks actually be used for transportation? Is there a quest that unlocks the ability to use them? If not, why do they have that transportation symbol on them?

    Thanks guys,

  7. Hey guys. If anybody could provide me with somewhat accurate estimates for the XP and GP per hour made monkfishing, that'd be great. I searched for a while in the Archive of Wisdom and General Guides forum but didn't find anything. Thanks guys!
