  1. Well, i don't believe you need any prior training or any certain fitness level for yoga.

The yoga program in my school is more or less a joke, as they do absolutly nothing and half the kids just lay on the mats and sleep. Given, the class size in my school is about 50 to a class, so theres not much cooperation and the teachers don't even care, so the students are allowed to do nothing.

In your yoga program i would imagine you will be doing mainly steches, so beforehand you may want to stretch out for a week or so, just to make your body prepared for it.

Again, I don't know about your yoga program, but if it's anything like my schools program, it's a joke.

  2. Are you looking for a log that says something like: Goblins drop bones 100%, goblin mail 15% and so forth?

If so, i dont have an answer...BUT...i do think that this site (Tip.it) has a good monster DB and the drops listed below are a good guideline to what you may expect in a drop.

  3. Well, i think post count is a good way to see a members' activity in the forum.

If a person has a low post count and has been here for a while, they probably aren't too active, or went on leave for a while

If a person has a low post count and hasnt been here for a while, they are new to the forums, and still learning the ropes

If a person has a high post and and has been here for a while, then they are active in this forum and probably are helpful

If a person has a high post count and hasn't been here for a while, they are either very self-consious about their post count, or a spammer :P

Personally i don't care about post counts, i dont think they amount to anything really. I would like to be known as a smart person on these forums though, but that requires a high post count so you get a lot of people to know who you are.

  4. How do you guys remove the hair from your razor? My sink isn't powerful enough to just wash it off, and the skin on my fingers is all cut up from just rubbing it off.

Try tapping it against the bowl of the sink. You don't have to do it too hard, but it may take a bit more then a "tap" to dislodge the hairs.

Wet a tissue/paper towel, and brush it off with that. Make the paper towels thick you, so the razors doesnt slice through and get your finger :P

  5. Well, i know there are ceratin CC's you can join that are designated to all gathering in one place and just "hanging out," but the trick is finding them.

I bet if you looked on the RSOF you would find a few threads in the "Clans" section possibly about gatherings like you speak of.

  6. I highly disagree with this idea.

Many instances on other forums in the internet where they have a sub-forum for "Mature Members," it usually tends to get filled with links to nude images, or other illegal innapropraite links on the internet.

I think the forums are best as they are, without things like "PG-13" content drawing in more members just to find bad pictures/stories to tell on the internet.

  7. I love the idea of 1000+ total level worlds.

I feel that this will evenly spread out "noobs" and "seniors" in the game, and thus will make the tension between them lessen.

I also feel that this can help the game in that wherever you go, there is most likely someone of equal seniority to you, so if you have a question you will have a much more mature, or wise answer, instead of a bunch of low-levellers butting in and giving you incorrect information.

Your one point about showing off is valid, however i do not think there is much to show off that you can get into a certain world, because the people you are showing off to don't care - they are in that world as well.

  8. I agree with Jagex's move.

If you have ever seen on those Friend Interviews on facebook, when one of your friend has a symbol like this, it turns into a weird code.

For example: Chéster Smith would be something like; Ch0o0ster smith.

Now, granted jagex is much more gifted at coding then facebook, but still errors like this could happen, so they probably changed your name to prevent from happening in the future.

Eventually if this proves to be the case, they can most likely fix it, so you will be able to have your name the way you want in no time :)

  9.

It may not be high, but i dont max out, i would rather have endurace and a muscular body then strenght and a overly jacked body lol

    Uhhhhhhh

If you played any sports you would know what i mean.

Or if you have ever been trained by a trainer you would have heard him say something similar to that >.<

Seriously, would you rather be the strongest man on the football team but tire out quickly, or be a strong kid who has the endurance to play a full game?

Idk about you, but the choice is pretty easy when you ask me ;)

  10. Tip #1, DONT do crunches.

Go to a local or school gym and try to find an Ab Cruncher machine.

It's like doing a floating curl-up, but it has less strain on the back and shoulders, and more strain on the abs where it's supposed to. Also, they are comfy :)

Some machines you can add extra weight on. By doing 20 curls with 20lbs on it for a week, i already started showing signs of stronger abs.

A month later doing this and now i have a 4 pack.

Good luck with your training :)

  11. Wow nice stats :D

I must say though, unless you are less then 5% body fat, i highly doubt you are not 155lbs. Muscle is heavy, i'm about 11% body fat and 155 but im 5'11''.

    Anyways...my stats i guess?

Bench: 120 - I want to get higher

Squat: Most i did was 100, i hate squat it does nothing good for me because i have bad form...gotta work on it lol

And i use only 35lb dumbbells for all those excersises.

It may not be high, but i dont max out, i would rather have endurace and a muscular body then strenght and a overly jacked body lol

  12. Hello people of RuneTips!

My name is Chaossviper, but please refer to me as Chaoss. (Meh, my name was taken :P)

It seems i have been a member of this forum for 13 months, but i have not really ever been active, nor have i posting anything of value here.

I come today to make my welcome topic because i am in need of a new forum to join. The last one i was in will remain nameless, but i left because of the issue of maturity. Everyone there was either a spammer or troll, and deciding that was not who i wanted to talk to, i left.

I remembered Rune Tips because i always used the skill calculators when i played RuneScape. The guides are great, and the Monster DB is outstanding.

I also see that you have a thing called Arenascape, and I would like to try that out too lol.

Anyways, thats my welcome speech, i look forward to meeting you all on this forum :).

    ~Chaoss.

  13. I saw the movie, and i rate it a 7/10.

The biggest flaw in the movie is the length of it.

2 hour and 48 minutes of sitting in a theater is bad enough, but the 2nd half of the movie made it even worse.

The beginning 1:50 min was awesome. Explosions everywhere, anything that could be broken, broke. Half of California was liften up and dumped in the water, the ground was rolling and volcanoes were sprouting everythwere. Everywhere you look is action.

The second half was kind of a let-down compared to the first.

    Warning: Spoiler

All is it is the main characters closing the door on the Ark, before they crash into Mt. Everest. It was not actiony, but a major bore to watch.

Overall i thought it was a decent action movie, i wish there was more comedy however.
