  1. **Go to the village being attacked by trolls, search the drawers in one of the houses

Dunstan's house (blacksmith) to the East of the Castle in Burthope. When you try to open the drawers, you'll find that they're locked and there will be a message that says "Wait til I get my hands on Penda, he's nicked the key again." Go to the pub just to the south-west, and kill Penda for the key to the drawers.

Penda is no longer in the pub. He is in the house to the near southeast of Dunstan's.

  2. The Farming Guide has the following statement in regard to fruit tree patches:

    Fruit Trees

Fruit trees are planted on special fruit tree patches; there are five. The same planting procedure for regular trees applies to fruit trees. Here is a list of the fruit tree patch locations.

This is incorrect, there are six.

  3. Pies

    1.
    2. Mix flour and water and make 'pastry dough'.
    3. Use the pastry dough with a pie dish to make a 'pie shell'.
    4. Add the filling per the below table. Note that fish should be cooked before adding, but vegetables and meat should not. Also, ingredients must be added to the pie shell in the order listed. You can't mess up - it just won't let you add ingredients in the wrong order.
    5. Bake it on a range.

It should be noted that you CAN mess up when making a summer pie. Although adding a watermelon first will give you an error message, adding an apple first will result in an apple pie rather than a summer pie.

  4. I have had this happen to me a couple times, but not in miscellania. It just kind of happens randomly through the whole world.

I just shut down the game and restart and everything is back to normal. I don't know why it happens either.

Side note - I have gotten both a black screen and a white screen in the past.

  5. Just a seperate note, so I don't have to start a new thread, and they're kind of linked anyway....

The Polar bear is in Falador this week, and the Roam Range says N/A. Since there is more than one well in Falador, so it might be helpful to list in this space which well he is in for those who may be new to penguin hunting. (This would apply to any other location he might be in with more than one possible location.)

  6. The Circus Location for this week (March 23-30) is incorrect. It is currently listed as Edgeville, but it should be in Taverly.

This is what I'm seeing on my screen at this time, since I have posted something like this before, and all of a sudden the location was fixed and I had someone telling me they had no idea what I'm talking about.

As you can see, the poll topic has changed, so it's not a refresh issue.

And here's one of me in Taverly... at the circus! YAY!

  7. Thanks for your submission hotdog :)

Is there any chance you would happen to have a screenshot of the message telling you that you need to have at least level 70 in a skill to use the last lamp and also a screenshot showing you can only use the 25k lamp after the other four lamps?

Unfortunately not. I only know this because I couldn't use any of the lamps on any skill that I have that was under 83 until I went through the first 4. I clicked on the last lamp in my inventory, but the first four lamps were the ones that disappeared. I was left with 1 lamp, and I was seeing conflicting info about the minimum level on a different site, so I tried it on my prayer (which is 77,) and was able to use it there.

  8. "After completing all the easy, medium, hard and elite tasks, speak to Sir Kay in the courtyard of Camelot Castle so he can give you five experience lamps, four worth 30,000 exp (minimum level 83 to use), one 25,000 exp lamp (minimum level 80 to use) and the final upgraded Seer's Headband 4. Completing the elite tasks gives all the following benefits plus previous ones:"

The level required to use the 25k xp lamp is only 70. Also, the game makes you use the four 30k lamps first, and the 25k xp lamp last.

  9. http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=hunting_guide.htm#lasso

The Eagle's Peak quest introduced a new type of hunting, though no experience is currently earned from it. After completing the quest, you can use a rope as a lasso on giant eagles to obtain a ride between four different hunting locations. Giant eagles fly between the woodlands and the jungle, desert and snow hunting areas, and have names identifying their route. The woodlands is the network "hub" where you can change to another eagle and fly elsewhere. Ropes spawn at the desert and snow locations, but you must bring your own to board at the jungle and woodlands.

There are rope racks at the Feldip Hills Jungle, Woodlands, and Jade Vine Karamja Jungle locations, however, you must build them. Each rope rack requires different planks to complete, and nails for the rack that requires regular planks.

As shown below, each rack requires: Saw, Hammer, 5 coils of rope, and 3 teak, oak or regular planks. Regular plank rack needs 4 nails to build.

Once you have built these, there is no need to bring your own rope, as you now have an unlimited supply at any available location.

  10. On the Court Cases page under ways to obtain summons, the list under Pickpocketing suggests several targets. However, when you go to the Thieving Guide and look at the NPC's to Pickpocket, the court summons are NOT listed under the loot sections for any of the NPCs listed on the Court Cases page.

Also, under the "Monster Drops" section in the same area of the Court Cases page, "Giants" are listed as a source, but only the Bestiary page for Fire Giants list Court Summons as a possible drop. Ice, Moss and Hill Giants do not list them.

  11. In the section Hunter Guide:

    Charm Sprite Blasting

Charm Sprites can be caught with a Yaktwee stick and Spite Lure, by clicking on a shaking bush (in the Northern Ardougne area) to shoot the Sprite lure near it, then clicking on the lure to retain it, and finally clicking on the Charm Sprites to catch them and collect a Charm slice.

    Should be Sprite :)

[Crew Edit: This has been fixed, thanks! ~ Vulxai]

  12. Currently, the website lists the clue to read: "Search the drawers found upstairs in East Ardougne's houses."

The clue actually reads: Search the drawers found upstairs in the houses of East Ardougne.

The clue I have lead me to the pub North of the Castle in East Ardougne.

Here is a screen shot for confirmation:

  13. Requirements

There are no requirements to actually obtain the Effigies except for the ability to kill monsters through combat. Various skills of level 91 to 97 are required to feed the Effigies knowledge and receive a reward, although the assist system maybe also be used. The Effigies can be banked for later use, but will not stack.

I believe it should say "may also be used."

  14. I think it would be worth it to note in the Mining guide that you must have a BASE level of 77 for coal or 80 for gold.

You can not use a familiar to get you to or above those levels.

You will get a message stating you must have a level of __ in order to mine that particular concentrated ore rock.
