    I can finally give a solution for the hidden thing near sara godwars.

    The orb of oculus gave the solution!!!!

  2. I guess this is one of the best quests ever, true, actually it was quite short, not that hard puzzles, but the fights were quite different from anything before.

    Even at max melee I had problems with Normad, but armadyl armour (great mage defence), sgs and a few ruby (e)'s every now and then helped me...

    My 6th try was the successful one, while I only having 6hp left.

    Wonder if there'll be a sequel one day, or maybe tie in with the mahjarrat quests...

     

    ...(remember that other time we "killed" a mahjarrat during a quest, a guy called Lucien or something?)

     

    We've never killed a mahjarrat yet, and our human weapons I doubt will be much use either it's literally sticks against nukes

    [hide]If you side against Lucien in Temple of Ikov you DO actually kill Lucien, although he is able to resurrect himself and enter the realm once more.

    (Thus being able to appear in other quests again)

  6. A mix would be totally awesome, and provide us the required information about the elves before entering the elven city.

     

    A mod *needs citation* said that there was at least one more quest before the elven city will go open.

     

    I guess we need to know more before entering the elven city.

    And what are we supposed to do in the elven lands? There is not much I can think of.

     

    They said in the early 2009 q&a they've tried a small elven quest (catapult construction) and that it was no success, and that they wanted a good quests, what would full fill people's expectations.

    So I think it will be a good quests, in an area I cannot think of any new possibilities. So I love the meeting elven history thingy!

     

    As for a regicide- or Me2- sequel... It is one quest-line, did I miss something that these two quests are different and need a separate sequel?!

  7. I think that the players will always win, just because they are in the majority.

     

    All gwd bosses: possible to solo, no real tactic. (okay, some might need a lil' tactics ;-))

    KBD: possible to solo: no real tactic

    Dagganoth kings: possible to solo them. :), just protect pray and lure

    Tormented demons are nice, with tactics and stuff but several solo kills can still be made.

    Corpy: possible to solo, quite a lot of tactics o_O

     

    Conclusion: the newer high level monsters involve more tactics and still a hell of a combat level :)

    I think that's totally the way to go, though I love to see a monster where skillers can help a lot too.

    Something like making potions to deal damage, or craft weapons that can only be used in that dungeon and are strong vs the monster.

     

    Just my thoughts ^^

    Summoning doesn't feel new any more, still quite a lot people underestimate it's power.

     

     

     

    Andrew declined that the +1 thing was the new skill, but maybe Andrew isn't fully informed, which could be plausible in my opinion, due the fact he's been working on rt5?

     

     

     

    And well, with the huge name-changing-update it was useful to reserve once space for the new skill? idk?

     

     

     

    Well, maybe the content Q&a will give us more answers.:D

    But Andrew-Cabbage-Gower turns out to be Andrew-Penguin-Gower :shock:

     

     

     

    The we're working on things in the same range as the new agility courses looks awesome (85 and 90 content /dance).

     

     

     

    Anyway, a little bit more o/t great read. And hearing those things Andrew told us, we might get that new skill in awsomesauce year 2010. And HOPEFULLY FINALLY we get Zaros back and get that canal barge fixed. (aka kudo's island).

    Option one: do some things for the dwarfs to get it.

     

    Option two: pay a hell of a lot money for the same item?
