If you're hungry and need to eat, there's nothing wrong with eating Mcdonalds. Mcdonald's is bad in excess, as would be any other food, Mcdonalds gets the bad rap because you have to eat less excess for it to be bad. If you are bored and want to do something, pumping smoke into your lungs is a pretty bad idea.
