Another cool idea that would probably piss off a lot of stupid people, unwinnable situations. Sometimes in life, the odds are just not in your favor. So in a zombie apocalypse game, why does it seem like you never round a corner to find a horde ready to eat you, and your magazine half empty? It would be realisitc, not to mention probably scary as [cabbage] and high stress, to have to run your [bleep]ing ass off to get away from a [bleep] huge horde that you simply don't have the ammo and/or manpower to fight. Edit: Also, make it so the closer you are to zombies, your regular movement/melee damage is slightly increased, simply trying to imitate adrenaline. Also, make the option/ controls to dump gear to lower the rate at which you lose stamina. Edit 2: I also like pepsi's idea. I also think if a weapon gets completely broken, it shouldn't be fixable. If a knife breaks in half, you're not gonna fix it.

Another cool feature would be people being "random". So some survivors could be really useful, like a strong mechanic, so he has a trade application, but also can be very helpful in other tasks. Whereas some survivors wouldn't be very useful, like the stereotypical party girl. Again, all generated randomly based on variables, so that player 1 could rescue a survivor from location a, and get a completely different survivor as player 2. @pepsi Yeah, it probably would be laggy, but tbh the games of today aren't being made to run on Windows 98. I think it would probably take a lot of memory/processing power, especially for hordes and such, randomly generating 50 zombies or whatnot to attack the player all at once would be pretty intensive.

I do and don't like the "classed" zombies. Zombies should perform based on their physical state. If a zombie's leg is smashed up, it shouldn't move very fast. A "fit" zombie should be faster than a fat zombie. In short, I think zombies should be a reflection of the people they would have been, and have injuries effect them kind of as they would people. Also, not much of a fan at all of zombies with "super" abilities like in L4D.I think zombies should kind of be "generated" based on a number of variables, where the game just does a random pick for each variable. So you could have a large number of combinations of zombies.

Saw that show once and really liked it. @halo Maybe (as in maybe it is what I'm looking for) it does look like a step in the right direction.

Yeah. It'd be even cooler as an MMORPG, so you could interact with other colonies, but i don't like to ask for too much.

You know what'd be awesome? A post-zombie apocalypse, rpg & strategy game. By rpg and strategy i mean like you could walk around and get items and such, but strategy wise you could create, manage, maintain and expand like a survivor colony.

Different game developers and not a sequel, it just has the Call of Duty name to it. mmmmmmmmmmm... Call of Duty MW3 has the next number. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Please don't imply black cops wasn't a shameless attempt to sucker more money out of the Call of Duty boys. And it worked fantastically.

I also explained to my girlfriend my feelings on the concept of love. She didn't rage, but it would be safe to say she didn't respond positively, as expected. inb4seanyisabadperson

I wouldn't call her a nut, but yes, she's religious. I said that love is nothing more than a feelgood word, and a concept made up by people. Feeling good is explained by dopamine and protectiveness is genetic programming.- Last one to post wins
It was posted like 11 hours ago, if i had seen it sooner i would have pointed out her logical shortcomings to her friend who liked it.- Last one to post wins
I didn't argue on facebook >implying you shouldn't argue online That's actually pretty surprising halo, since she's an English Nazi. I must have really had her knickers in a twist. Unsurprising considering my argument was, there's next to nothing supporting yours, and hard science supporting mine. And her argument was, I know because I know about it.- Last one to post wins
>Sister says this in fb status "If you're argument to my held belief about the ability of human goodness and the strength of love is based on my age, save your breath and brainpower to come up with a better reason as to why I should share your cynisism." >mfw she ignored all the proof i had in my argument >mfw I'm 2 years younger than she is and she tried to use that on me first- Last one to post wins
