Tyden tries to get up, holding his arm to slow bleeding, and go over to tie up Charles, then focuses on fixing up his wound.
-
Tyden readies his gun, keeping his eyes on the colonists, but seems reluctant to shoot the seemingly innocent humans.
-
Not sure what to do if I'm unconscious, but.. I guess Tyden would "try to wake up", then observe his surroundings if they had changed, and see if he could spot his leader.
-
I took a look, Nex. Don't be discouraged if you don't get too much traffic - it can be slow (I've just started a blog too). Just focus on content, worry about hits later.
Do we start making our characters do something? Are we in the same place as before?
-
I'm having fun, though sometimes it seems as if there isn't much that I can make Tyden do. Maybe that was just a symptom of it being the "surreal cutscene". It seems like people don't have too much control over their characters, but maybe that how these games work.

Tyden tries to stay calm to reduce his oxygen consumption, and carefully take the gun off of the floor, so that he isn't unarmed. He also warns Jen to stay calm and not do anything too strenuous.
-
Tyden looks to Jen for orders after checking to see if he has any weapons on him. If not, he picks up either his weapon or Charles', whichever is closer.
Off topic: Sorry if I was one of the "godmodders" you were talking about. Nice signature thingy, TheMather1, it says your name in Asgard, Egyptian hieroglyphics and elder Futhark?

Tyden rolls out of the path of the bullets and tries to grab the armed colonist's legs, trying to knock him over and disarm him.
-
Tyden acknowledges his superior's presence with a nod, before expressing his concerns about her suggestion. "I doubt we will be able to simply put the colonists back in their chambers, ma'am. Especially now that they have woken up and are active. Those chambers probably aren't meant for conscious life, the colonists would have been specially prepared before entering them. But I don't mean to override your order." Tyden senses the great amount of tension in the room and tries to stealthily inch into a position that he can better defend himself from, incase of another fight.
-
If Tyden is still conscious, he quickly realizes he is outnumbered and submits, waiting to see what will happen. His eyes analytically search the room for anything that might help his situation.

Haha, okay, thanks for the pointers.
I guess I was too much on the "dnd track", where character creation is much more involved.
I'll cut down the first one and just see where he goes :P
Name: Tyden Eckard
Description: Slim, tallish man.
Tyden looks around, analysing his surroundings, then presses the release button cautiously.
Edit: Don't mind which group to be affiliated with. Halifax Colonists if I have to chose, I guess.

Okay, I'll join if its okay.
I've never played one of these games, so you'll either have to help me along or kick me out - either one is fine :P
I've played some DnD and read a couple other games on this forum, so hopefully I'll able to keep up.
Okay. Not sure of the guidelines for making a character, so I guess I'll give two choices. You can choose which would work in the story better.
1) Tyden Eckard
Description: Slim, tallish man wearing glasses and suit. A scientist or engineer. Probably not much good in a fight.
2) Roscoe Arbuckle
Description: Fairly short man, brown hair and athletic build, though not bulky. An acrobatic rogue :P
I don't really mind which one I play as. No matter who I end up being, he looks around, analysing surroundings, then presses the release button cautiously.

Tyden lies on the floor, trying to stop bleeding and waiting for help. "Sorry Jen, sorta got a problem here"
