ok i have full rune, rune scimitar and antidrag shield, amulet of glory, and roughly 400k (dont laugh im poor :P) my herb is 25, summon 6, pray 32. is there anything u can tell me to fit those? Just to get the rapier, it's 25k or so. Stab attacks help against dragons. I'd get a combat bracelet (25k) and neitiznot if you have the quest available. Get higher prayer quickly. Farming can make your 400k each run. At lower farming levels, you can still expect 100k per run. ok tyvm :)
