im currently trying to reach my current goals 98/99 att 70 / 95 prayer 84/99 ranged whats the best way to train these 3 stats? where is a good place to train attack? and what armour should i use with abby whip? whats the quickest way to train prayer? d bones and ectophial?? wheres a good place to train ranged?

ive just got back into runescape again, and im playing my 1 def pure.. just wondering what is the best stats i can go for and what the best equipment i can get is? Current stats : 61 att 1 def 67 str 70 constitution 74 range 75 mage 44 pray also where are some good places to train with 1 def? thanx
