what should i train on intill i get the stats i need to stake people in the duel arena. 62 attack 67 strength 62 defence 71 range 43 prayer 68 magice 68 hitponits 39 summoning need the best places to train at in both f2p and p2p.

ill try to help, what kind of equipment do you have? for effective training its good to have alot of quests done too. Also what kinda of money do you have? full rune with rune scimatir. str ammy.
