I have been having more and more lag, mostly starting with the update that came with the bot nuke. Every new update it seems I just get laggier than before. I've used task manager to end process's that weren't in use, and at any given point the only thing I have up is RS, but no matter what my computer is still at full cpu usage. For the record I'm running XP SP3. I've also done defrag/disk cleanup but those didnt help. Any tips?

I think the elitists around here would recommend you use melee considering you have ss/turm, but if you want a ranger set up, yours isnt bad. Waaaaaaaaaaay too many brews tho, take 3-4 at most, especially with soulsplit.
