Nice Bones PK Vid 2 - Attack Attack!
Background:
It's been closer to 2 years since I last released a pk vid on Nice Bones. I was originally asked to make a vid for the TLP 3 year anniversary back in december and here we are. From the first vid I've come a long way and will now release my second vid called Attack Attack! My stats have changed significantly and so has the game itself. This vid is mainly filmed in the new PvP but has some old clips from the "real" wilderness.
Attack Attack!
Back in the day, wilderness was a scary place to go to. You weren't safe and you knew you could get attacked at any time. This meant that if you wanted to stay alive, it was important to be well prepared for a fight at anytime. In the old wilderness it was pretty much the law of the jungle that ruled, kill or be killed. I have found that the new pkers of our time has made up their own norms on pking, including asking for fights. Would a lion ask a gazelle to fight if they met eachother in the wild? Exactly, it wouldn't and neither will I. If I wanted to ask people to fight I would simply hang around the duel arena all day. In the wilderness or PvP, I will simply Attack Attack!
About the vid:
The vid is 11 minutes long and is situated mainly in new pvp. A lot of good loot, high hits, cool knockouts and skilled pking. Weaponwise it's a lot of variation. Dragon Claws, Corrupt Vestas Longsword, Dark Bow etc. The scene where I'm pking varies a lot, varrock, edgeville, camelot, rune rocks...

Right now, dragon claws for sure. I'm expecting the spec to get nerfed within a few weeks though.

L, where do you pj mostly I tried it today but it was hard to find ppl fighting, what world is best?
And lol @ all the anti pjers, it uses barely any supplies and gets you free stuff + its fun. And dw i'll start pking for real at 99 range.

All you do is find a good fight and you ruin it by being a lame dude.

But the area has to be multicombat for your familiar to battle... and most of Runescape is SINGLE combat... And look at the expense to actually SUMMON the higher level monsters. The Pak Yak requires 5 k worth of shards and the Rune Minotaur requires a 12 k runite bar to summon...The summoning monsters seem very useful at higher levels. Hitting regular 10+ at 20-30 summoning is quite a help when you consider what type of damage the higher levels could do, not even considering the special. This could help a lot with various aspects of the game, and the stat could easily pay for itself. It just seems that people get annoyed with the lower levels. Cross that bridge, and summoning becomes useful. :Having a level 109 fight by your side aswell as hold 10 items for you: Priceless.

That's the way to get the untrimmed cape I assume, however it sounds like a huge waste of time. Who knows, since it's such a waste, villandra might go for it on a new account. \

I agree, I didn't like the other new updates but kept doing stuff I did like (except for pking ._.) and I actually like this update and I don't see how people are complaining. It's not perfect but it's a good effort from jagex and it helped me get motivated to train slayer again. E.g. the new update where jagex removed blackmarks is a great update and strategically it was a smart move from jagex.
Is the updates really bad or is it just a matter of giving it a chance.

I have no idea how long it will take, will be sweet though. Possibly going to own one of the first penguin in game. O:)

90th to appear on summoning highscores and rank 74 at best, going to sleep. Goal achieved, will look into more tomorrow. Playing straight from update to 1 am kinda farked me over in the end. Misclicked at the end and bought 50k of those shards for 2.5m lol. Ohwell, talk about a motivator to train the skill further.

Oh really? Then please explain to us how they're going to handle past members being less powerful than f2p players of their levels? They're not going to punish players for buying members right?
example : 2 characters are level 60.
One goes p2p and gets his combat up to 80 by using summoning.
The other one stays f2p and level his melee stats so that his combat is 80 too,
When the first player with summoning stats will come back to F2P he will have the same level, but in reality be 20 combat levels weaker since he cant use these 20 combat levels.
You just described the current pure system which was both f2p and p2p.

Not true. In fact, if the Adaptive Pricing System proceeds to work ineffective then it is much more likely that rares will only be traded for the lowest or highest price within the range and that the trading volume will be much lower.
These updates were not only done to stop RWT.. They also stopped rares from increasing in price, jagex is being smart by taking care of multiple problems in one update.

where is it stated that there's a new slayer monster?
I saw it to, it was stated under the rewards, apperently they got rid of it though, probably a mistake.

Editing was good but way too much effects. 1 item + teletabs, with 90% of the video being low hit dagger knockouts in multi. I can't say I enjoyed it.

I was in a team of 5 at bandos and a friend of mine died WITH the new update. I managed to bless his grave while fighting the bandos boss without dying and he managed to get his killcount up to 40 and loot his stuff EASILY (you get 60mins if someone blesses it). The way I see it, it's supposed to be hard and risky to fight these monsters, it's a risk you take when you step into the chamber. If you don't like it, go kill goblins or something that's considered safer.
