Yes they are worth it, they speed up xp rates no end.

You just have to take like 15-20 per run (maybe even higher if using mining juju) and teleport them as they get full. Then tele to a bank and start over, the easiest way being glory > edge then run back though duel > cwars and kinship > daemonheim work along with skills neckalce > monastery to get bk

i found out during the priest in peril quest if you bring the items such as a tinderbox you can make the other items in the room besides the key golden and you can keep those items, i have a golden candle/tinderbox/pot/hammer/feather and u can get a golden needle but i didn't want that one

Items Required: 2 oak planks, steel bar, mithril bar, Anti-Dragon Shield, Antifire Potions

Items Suggested: Food, Weapons, Armour

 

During this part of the quest, you also need a clockwork mechanism or a steel bar to make the dummy.

Means that either of these items are also a quest requirement.
