[Any good house plans out there?]

I am thinking to totally redo my  house with a new plan:

Here is a possible house plan.... It has no Quest Hall, but you could replace either the skill hall or the dungeon stairs with a Quest Hall, if you like.

Is there any site that shows a list of shops across the lines in the Member Only areas of Old School Runescape? I am in need of a Adamant Kiteshield and have no idea where to buy one. I am no where near being high enough smithing lvl to make one!
