Do you think the level cap will ever be raised passed 99? What has Jagex ever said about this? What level would the 200mil exp cap be?

i'd like to beg to differ. Someone got World of Warcraft to work on their iPhone by some system that streams your home computer to your iPhone (I think). There's video of it floating around. But it doesn't 100% work...
anyone have an iPhone and want to try the way they did it? I want to know. If you watch the video, they give links to how they did it.

Is it possible to tel what bolts the person is using on you? (Other then when one of the specials happen)

will this update be released at the same exact time for everyone? or does it update certain areas depending on what your time is? I've always wondered this
you know how complicated it would be to have the update come out for everyone at the same time? Meaning if you are from a certain time zone, you could only log in to certain worlds for a certain period time (from the first updated timezone to the last updated timezone) and then it would give a completely unfair advantage to people in the first time zone (I don't know where that is. I guess Australia?) because that would more then 23 hours of update before the last time zone.
Someone could practically get 99 in a lvl before the last time zone even get to play the update (exageration)

Very good post.
There is a ton to do with construction, but like someone said its brand new too and only been out for 2 months. Soon I expect some quest to do with construction or with your house. Maybe, like garden of tranquility the queen of varrock needed a garden, well maybe she's tired of her castle too and wants to tear it down and you need to build her a new one.
But wait till they expand on it. Right now there is plenty to keep everyone entertained (for the past 2 months) and in probably another month there will be brand spanking new stuff that expands on it even more

I didn't think about it but I was thinking how its silly how everyone is saying "I'll be a highschool senior" or "I'll be in college"
I'll be finished my 4 years of college (starting in the fall at F.S.U)
but I still think I will be playing

Well I bet if you ask people 5 years ago they would say no but there are a lot still playing including my self (of and on)
Right now if the game stayed the same for the next five years no one would be playing that is playing now. But the game is always chaning and jagex adds something new very often. That's why people are still playing. 5 years ago this was not the same game and in 5 years it won't be the same game.

On a serious note...
I use to play rs in middle school (4 years ago) then I stopped playing because I got into drug use and abuse.
I stopped doing drugs when I got into a serious relationship, and to compensate with the extra time I had, I played runescape.
So runescape taking up most of my RL time is actually a plus.

The original music of runescape was silence. And you don't need jagex to recreate that. (Or even a computer)

Off topic: I used to get free lunch in Elementary school because it was just me and my mom at the time, and she didn't make that much money at her job so they had this program where if your parents don't make so much money a year you get free lunch. Lol.
that means someone paid for it though. And that someone are the taxpayers of your state.

So easy to lose your money that way too.

I think the new spell list will come from the moon-clan people north of fremmenik. They've been mentioned many times to have their own type of magic.
I'd never heard of them before the month's updates. Where else are they mentioned?

Pass it on to someone who does something really nice for you? something simple?
Say you are doing a quest, and you just don't happen to have a dam rope, and someone comes up and gives it to you? Add them and give them the money later! Or maybe half, or parts to a bunch of people? Maybe even if you see someone doing something nice for someone else?

Ok, so the story goes....
I saw someone had a signature with February 28th 2002 as the recovery questions and I wondered "well, when was mine?" So I log on and off and see its the day before! sweet!
So I PM the guy thinking its a huge coincidence but then I read around that the 27th was the day they came out (I don't remember that lil stuff)
I decide to make a sig out of it and all that is the reason I remember the date and the only reason I noticed.
but NOW it says February 28th 2002, and I'm very confused. The only thing that happened during the time was that POH's came out and I ran out of membership and got it back again (with in the day).
Anyone else have this happen to you?

Christmas crackers are definately the rarest item in the game. I mean c'mon, you got one and you pop it and you get a party hat and some other cool stuff like 20k! (back then that was a lot) or food! I think I got a diamond necklace.
Wouldn't it suck now if you bought a christmas cracker, and popped it, and didn't get a party hat?

Well... I do think of the things I use to do when I didn't play Runescape.
I use to play runescape a lot in middle school. Then I stopped when I got hacked.
Then I got into drugs and had a major problem all through highschool. But in my senior year, I started playing runescape again. I got a girlfriend who cares about me. I got a good decent job (for a 18 year old kid) at Home Depot. I'm going to college at Florida State University and I stopped doing drugs.
To be honest, If I wasn't playing Runescape right now, I'd be hitting a bong just because I'm bored.

The question of whether or not they can or cannot was not my question. As a computer science major I feel as if their is always a way around limits in a programming language. So that is not in question. The question was "do you think they will EVER raise it?" I think they will. From watching runescape for years, they have done a lot of things i thought they would never do. POH's seemed impossible at one point and a hunter skill seemed ridiculous when we had just gotten a slayer skill. But everything is possible.
So... I would LOVE an infinite exp cap on all the skills. I agree i like the race of the #1 in a skill. On the other hand i think those racers deserve some sort of reward instead of still having those lvl 99's with 200mil+ exp. I think it will definitely eventually be raised both level wise and experience wise. When it happens, no one knows... Skill capes will still be relevant but they won't be the best you can get in the game. Just like whips use to be the best you can get.
