I just tested this: After getting the broom enchanted by the Sorceress' Apprentice, it will teleport you to the Garden. However, when you drink from the fountain it teleports you back to the Sorceress' Apprentice. This is a free Al-karid teleport.

The Explorers Ring 3 (Lumbridge Achievement Diary) has a unlimited teleport to the cabbage field south of the Falador farming patch. This teleport is available to both F2P and P2P. Players will find this helpful (in Farming especially) as the highest skills needed to earn this ring are 31 magic (Lumbridge Teleport), 36 smithing (Steel Long Sword), and 40 cooking (Lobster). All other required skills need to be level 30 except 16 crafting (Holy Symbol). The 3 run boosts per day of 50% come in handy as well.
