[Microsoft journal viewer help.. :(]

My program files got a bit messed up and microsoft journal viewer got deleted, and now when I go to open a program such as adobe reader, the microsoft journal viewer pops up trying to install and I have to frantically click madly to stop it installing, and when it dose it can't because it's not in program files.
