  1. Hello everyone,

I rarely create threads questioning the logic of RuneScape or RuneScape in general. However, I decided to post what was on my mind. I am questioning the consistency of repairing the Dragon Square Shield and the Dragon Platebody.

    Primary Information (Repairing):

    * Dragon Plate Body - 92 Smithing, Blast Fusion Hammer, Dragon Forge

    * Dragon Square Shield - 62 Smithing, Hammer, Anvil

    Secondary Information (Equivalent Requirements):

    * Rune Full Helmet - 92 Smithing, Hammer, Anvil

    * Mithril Battle Axe - 62 Smithing, Hammer, Anvil

Now as you can see here and known for a while by many, it doesn't take high smithing to repair, or fuse, the two halves of the Dragon Square Shield back together. However, it takes a high smithing level to repair, or fuse, the three parts of the Dragon Plate Body back together.

Okay I can deal with that. However... I remember reading about someone questioning Jagex as to why a Dragon Square Shield can be split into two parts in the first place. The response said about the origin of the Dragon Metal not being known and the ignorance as to if there are magical properties to Dragon Metal. However, if the reason for both the Dragon Square Shield and Dragon Plate Body being split in the first place had to do with magical properties, why doesn't the Dragon Square Shield require a Blast Fusion Hammer and Dragon Forge to be repaired like the Dragon Plate Body?

It's too late for Jagex to go back and change anything but maybe the Smithing Level. So bringing it up isn't much use, but this is what was on my mind.

  2. Am I offended when I am called a Noob?

No. Not only that... but I don't even use the term anymore. People in the game have used it so much incorrectly that it is now rendered useless when you use it in correct terms. I personally think of the term 'Noob' to be someone who is new and not familiar with something. In other words, they are new to the game. I don't think of it as an offensive term. People in the game have however made it to be an offensive word.

I believe the actual meaning and the new (player-made) meaning is the difference between Jagex saying it is not offensive and you feeling offended by it.

I don't mean to offend anyone in the game. Even if for some reason someone angers me and I am unable to laugh it off I still would not resort to the term 'Noob', because that would make me a hypocrite.

  3. Keep the law tiara,go to Dunstan or whatever the guy in burthorpe is..Say you lost your talisman, and he will give you another TALISMAN.From there, just make another tiara.

Oh..Nice organization :D My bank is something like that.

    Slight Exaggeration of "Something"

Alright I will try that. Thanks for the comment.

Haha and yes, it is very organized to the person below this quote, which was my goal. Thanks for the comment.

Edit: I tried that with Dunstan and could not get him to give me the option of another Law Talisman. If I drop to drop the Tiara it will give me a Destroy option.

  4. Here is my extremely organized bank:

Any item there that I don't have atleast two of is either because it costs more then I can afford, you aren't allowed to have more then two of, has various charges, only used for Treasure Trails, or act as place holders.. Examples, in the same order, would be Red Party Hat, Law Tiara, Ring Of Dueling, Bone Spear, and Rune Bar. All the Treasure Trail Only items are below the Potions along with the Various Charges items. Place holder items are allowed to only have one of, because I will not ever withdrawal that item for use. For example, if I want to make Steel Plates, I will first mine and smelt the Steel. In the process I will be storing Iron and Coal Ores, and then taking them out and then storing Steel Bars. Eventually, I will withdrawal all of those Steel Bars and use them up. I will never touch that 1 Ore or Bar so that the place will always be reserved. This goes for Runes, Herbs, Seeds, and certain other items also. I know my strategy for Bank Organization is confusing, but it works for me and that is what matters. Not everone has to like it, and that is alright.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy and I recieve many comments. Thank you, Vanquisher74.

  5. Let me get this straight. You make sure you are above 90 HP because Jad has a max hit of 90. So then you run and attack it with Mage Prayer on. You then run to the Safe Spot... and it comes to you. Then you don't need to use prayer at all. You just keep shooting it until it dies, with the killing of the healers.

Alright, now if I am right, was this something that was fixed so that you have to do it the hard way, because I got to Jad 3 out of 4 times, and died all 3 of those times. And if this truly does work, I want to learn it and use it.

  6. uhhh..just add it to favorite and then click it dont be so ch00b lol

    wat a secret :o

That would normally work, but to do it with RuneScape, you have to use modified settings, due to RuneScape's Website's settings or Java or whatever. Try it just by adding it to favorites, and see what happens.

  7. Hmmm, does World 126 exist for a fact, or is it like a Moderator/Test world.

Even still, I have a feeling that if it did exist, RuneScape would have a completely different URL sequence for it, and then, if you did somehow open the world, it would probably limited to accounts with a certain status such as Jagex Moderator in the same basis that Members worlds are only open to accounts with a status of Member.

That is just my theory, but hey what the hell, try it anyway and post your findings!
