  1. (1)All this hate against Christianity yet silence over fascism and communism which easily dwarf the kill totals of any other political or religious groups during the 20th century. It is quite simple. You hate every form of religion and you don't think twice about insulting anyone that believes in a religion of any sort yet you stay silent on issues like mass non religious government sanctioned genocides. Your message isn't fueled by justice because your message is only brought out on religious topics which means it is merely fueled by your hatred of religion. (2)On a side note I would like to add that your arrogance is pretty annoying. You seem to be craving people saying "wow, Lord Krohn is really smart." Makes me wonder if you have personal issues where you don't get the recognition you feel you deserve in work or home when you have to go on an online forum full of teenagers bragging about your IQ and how you are a Mensa or try to tear down others for their beliefs. Just lighten up some and quit being so angry to the point you want to demonize entire segments of the population because they don't agree with you on certain topics. Religion isn't the ultimate problem with this world. People who let rage and hate build up in them towards others are the problem regardless of their political or religious affiliations. For anyone curious check out this tally of civilians deaths in the 20th century and then look at who the real dangers to humanity are... http://econ161.berkeley.edu/TCEH/Slouch_power4.html (1) I have no problem with Christianity, no problem with God either, My problem is with all of his Fan Clubs who believe in the most ludicrous things, and then get upset when you don't agree with them. Feel free to dance around the fire and shake your dead chickens while babbling in foreign tongues if it makes you sleep better at night. Don't expect me not to point and laugh at your lunacy though. When it comes to the fable called the Bible, it is to easy to pick it apart, and I find great joy in doing so, all the more when the mindless brain washed masses proclaim it to be the holy grail. (2) I can see where you might get that perception, I am an arrogant person, and find no reason to be apologetic for it. I have over come great losses, became successful from hard work, dropped out of high school, yet went back to school years later and got two simultaneous Bachelor Degrees with 4.0 GPAs. Do I think that makes me a little smart? Yes sir, and I am proud of my accomplishments. A lot of adults utilize this forum, as well as play the game, so I am not "picking" on the little kiddies, nor do I seek approval or slaps on the back for my accomplishments. I have worked hard, done well, and make no bones about it...arrogant...you bet. My job in the Military and in the civilian sector makes me a rule enforcer, which makes me even more of a fun guy to run up against. I do not give ground in the real world, so why would you expect me to do so here? I back up my opinions with facts and experience....don't feel threatened, it's okay if you haven't learned everything yet, enjoy the ride, you only get one life. I have done a lot in mine, and expect to do more. MENSA came up in a thread long ago where some uneducated dolt referred to US military as ignorant red necks who couldn't find any other job. I felt the need to correct that misconception. Wasn't bragging, just stating facts. Again, I feel no need to apologize for what I have accomplished in life, nor do I seek your approval. To quote Popeye "I Yam what I Yam". Deal with it
  2. . How can any democractic country even try this kind of actions? Iran has a leader and meps who have been voted to their duties, not dictators who have throned themselves. Could this become a new doctrine: obey us or your economics will suffer? Oh come on Hohto, you can't really be that naive to what Iran has and is doing for quite awhile now. Sponsoring terrorism, providing training, weapons, etc to terrorists....are you completely living in another dimension? Can you be living that far out of reality? This from a guy whose signature says strong men act......... :uhh: ohno big scary America is after innocent Iran now...quick grab your children and head for the basement....sigh. "can't start a new war".....well, if you mean carry on ANOTHER large land war...then no you are correct, we are a bit thinly stretched at the moment...doesn't prevent us from easily bombing them back into the stone ages though. We got plenty of bombs, and B-2 Stealth Bombers to hand deliver the love. Oh that's right, maybe we should sit ideally while they build nuclear weapons and watch as they continue to aid and act as terrorists...wait until they make an overt act....like comandeer UN forces from doing embargo inspections and turning it into a media circus...oh that's right, they already did...twice. To bad GPS shows they were lying...big surprise. See another difference is, they are a government...easily identified, easy to laser point the bombs to particular places....little harder when your dealing with peekaboo warfare with the insurgents in Iraq. Iran would be easier then Iraq by far...identifiable forces and infrastructure. Taking it over? no, destroying their capabilities? yes. darkmage: Yeah, we ALL hate America. I think America needs to use the phrase "you attract more bees with honey than vinegar". They HONESTLY need to try cooperation (serious cooperation) with all the countries that are not fond of their world affairs. Ultimately, aggression will lose them their superpower status Yeah you are right, man, why didn't we think about TALKING to them first... #-o um....they don't enter dialogues very well, think we are weak for doing so, laugh behind their closed doors at our efforts to come to an understanding, use our democratic ways against us..... ooooh I got an idea, lets just make Iran a glass parking lot...problem solved =D> Unfortunately there are tons of innocent people who just want to live in peace, so that isnt an option, to bad the guy in charge there could care less. HoHto:Point being that if USA goes against Iran, they need more soldiers than they currently have and need many allies from Europe. We already saw how Europe divided during the Iraq episode and that dividation could become much bigger if we'd went for Iran: as an enemy Iran would be much worse than Iraq and thus cause more casualties. Even with Iraq the goverment of USA tried to pressure European countries to go with them but how strictly would they try to pressure against even greater enemy? Once again, Iran would be easier, it is an identifiable enemy. Ask sadaam about how the million man army worked out for him in 1990, oh that's right, he was executed for his crimes (thanks USA) took us 40 days...count them 40 days...and that was after telling him two months in advance that we were coming, so he had time to prepare. We aren't talking about taking over Iran, just neutralizing their capabilities. We have plenty of love to drop on them. works wonders. We wouldnt need a single thing from anyone to make it happen. Just get out of our way, go picket somewhere or something while we get the job done...as usual. Hohto:but heck if they can even kidnap european citizens during their vacations and torture them, they aren't the first ones to talk about human rights. :XD: Now that is to funny to even respond to...oh kay, maybe I will. Let me guess, they were skipping home from sunday school, and the big bad USA snatched them up and tortured them.....sigh Hohto:When The Soviet Union broke down and Russia was weak, it would have been a good time to reduce the amount of nukes to a level where the reduces would actually been worth something. We missed that opportunity and now we're paying the price in North Korea and Iran. We have been dismantling for years....Its an international dismantling agreement, we just don't publicize it every time we defuel and destroy a Weapon, but the big boys know, it is physically verified, and even verified via satellite, welcome to the real world that doen't make the daily news rags. Once again, you are mistaken, we only have 40% of our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan ATM, the others are home or on shore duty, they can be sent over in a moments notice. It is called rotation, you do 15-18 months in country, and go stateside for a minimum of 12 months, they can be sent in time of need. Also AGAIN, it is easy to kill an identifiable enemy, much easier then the peekaboo war we are playing in Irag and Afgh. Two complete different scenarios....We also have lots of love to drop from the skies.
  3. darned if you do, darned if you don't. amen btw, i am putting your last post into the original on page one, if anyone else bothers to read the real topic then they should see what you have to say, seeing as youve been there. K, if they even read it before they type out their indignant, ignorant response :P
  4. :XD: man after my own heart, well said Harrington, well said. To bad I can't buy you a drink :uhh:
  5. I have no intention of starting an argument. I just want to give a possible explanation of this. If you disagree, okay, great. I already admitted that the Bible does contradict itself, but that doesn't mean that the whole thing is rubbish. Anyways, on to my explanation. It could be that after those animals were created, they had no specific names. Only after Adam was created were they given names. So the order of events... -Animals are created -Adam is created -Animals get names During the first two events, the animals might not have had names. It's a little confusing, and I didn't word it so well, but I hope you get my point. It could still be a contradiction though. And this will probably be my last post on this thread for a while...I'll stand on the sidelines, neutral, as stubborn, arrogant and narrow-minded atheists battle just as stubborn, arrogant and narrow-minded (And over-defensive) fundamentalists. Go have fun making yourself look bad. There's plenty of space on the sidelines if you want to join me. (I'm not saying every person that posts is stubborn, arrogant, etc...But most are...) To discuss the bible as if it is factual is laughable, I might give you it was LOOSELY based on true events, which after being told time and again, became greatly exaggerated. It is to easy to disprove the bible. Doesn't mean God doesn't exist, it just means the bible, which was written by the Nicene council 321-325 A.D. is false. Let's just start with the myth of the great flood...the easiest thing to disprove: As one examines the biblical version of this story, conflicting elements become clear. The most obvious concerns the numbers of creatures Noah is to bring with him. In Gen. 6:19-20 God tells Noah to bring one pair of "every living thing including birds." But in Gen.7:2-3 God gives a different set of instructions. Here he tells Noah to bring with him seven pairs of ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åclean̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ
  6. darned if you do, darned if you don't.
  7. Nothing more frustrating then having to stand by powerless, while a loved one passes away. When my Grandfather passed away suddenly from cancer, it was hard for me to understand. When years later two of my daughters died from a non curable and extremely rare disease called Infantile Tay-Sachs Disease, I was devastated. I found talking about them made it easier for me to deal with them being gone. It never gets easier to deal with, but time does make the pain fade away some. Love him, and honor his memory. Make him proud as you continue to do good things in your life. Sincerly LK Grief is a strange beast, everyone deals with it differently. I am very verbal about my losses, it helps me cope. I never needed help to deal with it, although my wife did. I dealt with it best by talking about them, the experience, and found comfort in helping other parents going through the same experience. Point being, everyone deals with grief differently.
  8. I have said it many times, and I'll say it again...Religion is the downfall of mankind. Never ceases to amuse me how far off the deep end people go with their religious beliefs. :XD: sad thing is the children...poor things never have a chance being raised in hyper religious atmospheres....sigh.
  9. Oh my, I haven't been by here in awhile, this thread still stumbling along huh? I truly love all the passionate haters who have never been to USA, never been to the streets of Iraq, never been in armed conflict, never been anywhere outside their own little world, and spend copious amounts of time snorting up all the over-dramatized lies the pro-terroristic liberal media loves to pander to those weak minded enough to believe it. Never ceases to amaze me how the least informed have the loudest opinions. Active Military now for 21 years, been in every armed conflict the USA has been involved in during these 21 years (9 years to go until I retire). I have been around the world (literally) and tromped the streets of most every civilized and uncivilized country. Served alongside; Australians, British, Saudi's, Iraq Security Forces, Germans, Spanish, Turkish, Romanian military forces as well as others. Been to Australia twice, Romania, Spain over 20 times, England, Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa, Turkey, Italy, Sicily, Germany, Scotland, Oman, Portugal, Cyprus, South America, Mexico, Egypt, Norway, and to many others to list. Irregardless of how we got in Iraq, we can not just up and leave, or the militants will take over again, and murder thousands. As well as permanently destabilize the region, and leave our friends and allies without highly needed financial and military support. Maybe you are okay with that, but I am not. You haven̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t hugged the little children who run up and thank you for rebuilding their school, fed the hungry, provided medical care for the needy, cleared IEDs and mines from a schoolyard play area so the kids can play without worrying about losing a few limbs......meh, you idiots get my blood boiling. So sit back comfortably behind your computer, and play indignant world citizen, while we walk the streets and play world police....a role we do not want, but SOMEONE has to give a $#@#. Every time I return home to my loving family, it reminds me how good we have it. My kids can play without the worry of the car parked next to the daycare exploding. To bad the world finds great joy as USUAL in dissecting each and every thing we as Americans do, while sympathizing with religious zealots who will blow up their own children to "fight the oppressors" If we were oppressors, we would have just leveled the city, and set up gas pumps, not continue to spend 800+ billion in rebuilding their infrastructure, and fighting for their right to live peacefully. Not to have acid thrown in the faces of their daughters by religious police because they had their face exposed....or beaten because they "allowed" themselves to be assaulted by a non family male.....you don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t know how good you have it, or how bad they do, until you break the vacuum off your wagon and get out of your computer chair, and go see it for yourself. So shut it. I got back from Iraq last month, when I left my little baby son could barely sit up, now he is running around the house and talking....missed all those moments voluntarily, because I joined and proudly serve my country. We don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t have a draft currently; we serve because we want to. Also if you retreat, or give in to the pressure of media hype, the terrorists win, and all you have done is show them that the world doesn't have the resolve to stand up to them. Look the other way if it makes you sleep better at night, we can't. But feel free to continue to bad mouth what we try to do to make the world safer....you have that right. Well, in America you do at least.
  10. don't take this the wrong way, but I don't put a lot of merit in your opinion, due to your stats neither reflect you as a pker or a rcer...unless you have another account, then I COULD be wrong :P If so, my bad, if not, deal with the experience first, then voice an opinion. I don't have much problem with pkers, because I rc fully equipped, and if they can pk me, good on them, they earned it. It is the principle of it that annoys me.
  11. If you're using illegal programs, whether you are level 6 or 126, you should be permanently banned, no second chances....follow the rules...simple really. Now, I highly doubt a player with 3+ years of solid work on a game, would risk it by using a program. If so...then ban him. It is morelikely that he/she has public chat off. Once you have spent never ending hours working a stat to 99, you tend to multi task, watch tv, or like I do, I have a 22 inch flat screen monitor, half of my screen has RS up, the other tipit, and I just click back and forth. have time to reply to every "lord, what is your...." etc questions? not usually.
  12. a flesh crawler is not a person with actual thoughts. the person on the other side of the character you're killing gets extremely annoyed when you try to kill them for what? 50k? in the amount of time it takes to get a kill off an rcer, you could fish monks and actually make money. my opinion is that rc-pkers shouldn't even be called that. many can't even pk a person in hides that doesn't have food. anyone willing to come up with a better title? Oh dear, 50k? That's so sad since Most Abby Rcers make a few hundred k in an hour. That's not even annoying 50k. How about the people who pk out in level 30 wildy who lose a few million? Besides most Rcers have 28-29 glories. One doesn't really matter does it? And another thing. Why would you care when you can buy back the d hide and glory with all the cash you make from nats? Also, with the whole entangle so you don't get pouches. Well tough luck. How about when 45 def pures lose torso? It's much harder to get a torso then pouches. if you, as you say lose a few million in the wildy while pking, then you deserve it, or if you're just dumb enough to wander into the wildy with that much on you, then you are simply foolish. 45 def pure? you mean a character designed solely for pking? (and usually built illegally by item trading between your characters, like the level 44 with 70 mage sporting a blue phat i saw yesterday, and 4 stats in high scores :shame: )...meh, good, die and do it often please. We don't care about the losses of a pker, if I was a pker and lost my stuff trying to kill others, well that's the risks one takes, and you would never see a "omg i lost my stuff while pking" thread from me. annoying rcers by making them regain pouches and buy another set of dhide...ridiculous. especially by a 120+....dont they have better things to do.....like work on their stats, high lev wildy pk, stake, duel, something other then disrespect another high level? it doesnt matter I make 1 mil gp within 3 hours work, if you're jealous, then skill a little. I dont sell my nats, I use them (points to 98 fletch and 95 mage) as a matter fact I made the nats and alched 4.5 mil worth just yesterday, so replacing anything I lose is chicken feed, that's not the point, it's the principle of the thing. so little wannabe pker guy, as you said, tough luck on replacing your "torso" or whatever you lose pking. Just hope you don't cross my path while I am doing my average of 2-3 lev 3 clues a day in the wildy, I come fully prepped, and weilding ancients...bring it. now for all you pkers out there, I support your right to pk...I just don't like the rc pkers. If I am doing a clue and you jump me, then that's the risk I take...and the risk you take :)
  13. I sure hope you're being sarcastic... If not, you might wish to consider an alternative money-making scheme... I make 200k in about 30mins rc'ing. rofl, my thoughts exactly. RC pkers (especially high lev ones) are the lowest form of life. I love the "we balance runescape by making it dangerous to abyss rc, you should thank us"...lol um yeah. You big stud you, you managed to pk a defenseless person...wow. I have been pked twice, both times I was surfing the forums and was over 120 in combat...no biggie, I replaced my goods and went back to making 1 mil per 3 hours work. I now wear 115 mage defense and 118 range def, carrying a DDS and of course one click tele. want some? bring it. I have sent several wannabes back to fally/lumbry where they belong. If I see a lev 120 lurking at the mound by the mage, i go back to bank, pop a few pots and put on real toys...watch them scurry like rats when you fight back. love it. RC PKERS = spineless scared lil boys who want to feel like they accomplished something by pking a defenseless person...sad...lame....grow up. Go pk by the ardougne tele spot in wildy, or mage bank..then u did something. Feel free to try me.
  14. okay, being a strength lover, this new shield will be amazing. Now my Tzhaar shield is worthless as soon as I get a fully charged dragonfire shield...as is EVERY single shield in game....higher then dragon square and 3rd age, as well as +7.....wow, to bad I am sure metals will be overrun for awhile. I slay each and every metal assignment as I love killing dragons....now it will become a real chore :( ...and did I read string all? *rejoices* nothing makes my fingertips hurt more then the repetitive clicking of stringing. thank god as I have to string 12k bows this week.
  15. wow, and I thought I had crappy luck. Yeah that's why I don't camp there, I just wanted one for myself, and after 3k+, got two within 45 kills...lol go figure. I use shilo also, I like the high numbers he gives. I am working straight to 99 slayer, any advice? get 96 magic and use lunar spells- great for doing clues fast, and can do many high level slayer tasks in a row without banking(for example- abby task ends and using the contact npc spell and get nechryael task- and no suffering because of lack of spells.) great advice thnx, i'll do that this weeks, gotta alch 14k magebows anyway, and i'll do that lunar quest then.
  16. rofl, gratz! I just ended my own 3k+ abby dry spell, on task. then got a whip, then another 45 abbys later
  17. Hey! it's nice to be back home, and scaping a bit here and there :P I'll add you to if you don't mind, I have 6 names on my list ATM. cool, I'll add you tomorrow, it's father's day so I might get some extra scape time hehe  :ohnoes: 10/10 just for that :XD:  =D> . 8-)
  18. wow, and I thought I had crappy luck. Yeah that's why I don't camp there, I just wanted one for myself, and after 3k+, got two within 45 kills...lol go figure. I use shilo also, I like the high numbers he gives. I am working straight to 99 slayer, any advice?
  19. deleted a lot of my old list, didnt kno who was what anymore lol, is it mrmyk? cause I just added that, but usually private is off while doing clues or click happy stuff :) *points to rsn bit on tif* unbeaten__1 >.< hehe okay, unbeaten (space) and 1, got ya. ROFL, I went and did my clue (got rune junk) and came back to finish the last of the abbys I was assigned, 45 abbys later...WHIP!.....OMG :) Congratz :). And you forgot to add me. I am on duty today and can not access RS, but I will definately add you tomorrow. Tipit name and RSN same right? take some serious slaying time, but anything is possible. Don't range, it is to slow of a slay rate, use cannon if you get like black demons. good luck
  20. Strength was my first 99, ranked 500s in strength ATM. Dragon scimmy for hourly exp rate can't be beat. Dharok is nice if you like eating prayer pots like skittles and maintaining under 10hp, while worrying about laggs, evil chickens etc. I did that at abbys for a long while. Of course Ring of Life there as the abbys dont hit over 10 is quite nice for peace of mind, but you hit a lot of zeros. Once again, D Scimmy. Now I will not get into PC, as that is a random exp rate based on whether or not your on consistently with a winning team or not...and I was 124 Pre-PC. Trolls at death plateau with pots is 60-72k exp per hour, tons of spawns and never crowded. 2-3 kills per minute, 360 exp each. enjoy. I made 100 in under 4 months there, and 123 in under 12 months there.
  21. Gratz! hehe, hmmm your name sounds really familiar, seen you somewhere within last two days....probably at abbys :P got two whips there yesterday myself, 45 abbys apart, after about 3500+ dry spell, you got LUCKY! :) awesome.
  22. deleted a lot of my old list, didnt kno who was what anymore lol, is it mrmyk? cause I just added that, but usually private is off while doing clues or click happy stuff :) *points to rsn bit on tif* unbeaten__1 >.< hehe okay, unbeaten (space) and 1, got ya. ROFL, I went and did my clue (got rune junk) and came back to finish the last of the abbys I was assigned, 45 abbys later...WHIP!.....OMG :)
  23. deleted a lot of my old list, didnt kno who was what anymore lol, is it mrmyk? cause I just added that, but usually private is off while doing clues or click happy stuff :)
