Hi everyone!
Old Tip.it member circa 2007 I think (I left around the time when the trade restrictions were placed), coming back to see how the game has changed and evolved and to hopefully begin going through the world of RS again, and hopefully meet some good people along the way!
Hopefully I'll also see some familiar faces, I hope they are still around. Always up for chatting with good natured people and generally having a good time in game!

Hey Dalcyte, I did a search on the forums since I've began playing again and found my name popping up here. I'm glad some people remember what we tried to do with the events and I'm certainly glad you were able to enjoy it. I see you have picked up the torch and joined TET, for which I hope has been rewarding for ya.

You know, just taking a look at all the people who have posted in this topic, I forgot how eclectic a community tip.it is. Sometimes, at least for myself, it's hard to see beyond the little dude with a combat level who likes to chop trees. Nice to see the person behind the name, behind the online persona.

:( Like the last event for me its 3 am. I can't come... (Tip.It crew, try making some other time for the next one, something more... possible?
If you always do the same then some people can never join but if you change times at each event maybe everybody can participate somewhere? It would make some people happy even if they could only do one sort of event...)
The last event we did was about 8 hours earlier than this one. We do try to mix it up.

It's time for a good ol' fashion trawler.
Not much that needs to be said here, most of you are familiar with the trawler. However, if you've never done it before, consult Tip.It's guide below:

If you have access to the monkey agility course, you have access to the Teleport to Ape Atoll, which brings you right into the middle of Marim.

I was planning to go; I got myself set up in Fally park decked out in my Snow White costume.
Then dad said, "Rachel, want to help me help some lady move her stuff from a U-haul to a storage unit?"
Me: "Err.. I was going to take a nap, and I need to be home at 3."
Dad: "What do you have to do at 3?"
Me: "A Runescape thing.. which sounds really stupid now that I say it."
Dad: "If you don't come with me, no computer for the rest of the day."
Me: "Great. Let's help some lady move her stuff."
It was actually fun. Took about 2 hours and I was the girl there (the old lady and the bishop's 8 year old daughter don't count.) 4 of the young men I know showed up, plus the bishop and Brad's dad, so it only took us 2 hours and a lot of work.
Then we went to Dairy Queen.
And the employee seems to be struggling with the concept of a CHEESEburger. Then we all played tag on the playplace, which was funny since we were all too big to really fit down the slides and stuff. We would've stayed to see how long it took us to get thrown out, but then some actual kids wanted to use the playplace. :(
Sorry I missed the party, but frankly, I think I spent my time better today than I would've on the computer.
Kinda wish I didn't drop so much, it's physically exhausting. Probably should have got fresh air instead.
Ah, fresh air.

Thats not true, I live on world 9. Unless I'm world switching for KQ or buying out stores, I'm always on World 9. So is Trojann.
