If I may suggest something, try holding your breath while banking + unloading pouches, you will find that you don't misclick and your speeds will increase.

there not cooking gauntlets mage or smithing i dont think
there was gaunts you can get just after seeing the dwarf guy in the undergroung pass quest, same fighting stats as the other gaunts once you finished the quest
but i think you could get multiples of them
