PKers nowadays are cowards. They eat and get mad if you do, tell you no running but dash off to a safezone if they're not winning, and are satisfied with saying "lol" if they manage to escape.
If you ask me, Jagex should do one of two things:
-Either halve the number of P2P worlds, extend the safezone rule to 30 seconds and broaden the combat bracket (so you can fight more than 10%+5, maybe make it 25%+5?).
-Or take out all PvP worlds, leaving only a handful (no more than 1 or 2 member ones) and reintroduce the Wilderness on all servers. Same rules as old Wildy (Wildy level system with no tele above lvl20 Wildy) and make it so that PvP world rules apply for drops (must risk items with a combined value of 75k+, preferred more) and all drops are game generated.
In my opinion the latter choice would be a better way to go.
I disagree with all your ideas. Sounds to me you just want to pick on low levels (25%?) On my pker, (not my main when I pk with him) I run and eat and wait in bank until person stops... if the person is 12 levels higher than me. Just no way I'm getting that kill. By adding the wild back to all worlds you effectively spread out pkers more, and limit the training spots skill/pkers could "own" while training. This makes it like RSC axe hut = for people almost maxed. All those PVP servers would become servers with wildy in it, and not help the situation because more could just pk there.

You forgot supply and demand. With the beaver, demand went down. So they cancel out. With PvP the supply will go up because you kill people and they drop the items. People value logs very high, so they pick up logs. Its a perfect system. When they don't value too high, they pick up other stuff. Log prices therefore will stay the same.

I have no clue why.. all my stats are on highscores. So I'll try again in a few weeks see if bug was fixed.

A good idea at level 15 herblore is to the shade of mortton quest. http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=78
Then you can use all the tarromin you get with ashes. If you really want it cheap just keep curing citizens for more ingrediants.
Theres a few other quests that give good herblore xp for low level.

The best way to make sure you get a defender, is to make sure you right click on the drops and check the wording. Its a very small almost invisible drop otherwise.
Also I've heard of people spending that many tokens trying to get one defender level. It has a high random factor... some can get like 4 defenders in that amount of tokens.

I am trying to create a list of ALL TIME members in 'the' clan. 'the' clan has been around for 8 years, and while many other clans have done an all-time list to allow other clans to see someone's clan history, 'the' list is harder since many member's names have been lost in those 8 years. I would like to say thank you to anyone who has ever spent time in 'the' clan and also to anyone who can help add to this list, any members they know (that are not on here). Price is about 800k.
Black d hide is +74 defense... plus bearhelm... 81. blue d hide is +48... red is +66.

mystic robe top is the same defense as green d hide.
Sara prayer book is +8 defense
Infinity glvoes and boots together will give around +6 bonus over mystic and cost like 2 mil. My advice is to spend that 2 mil on range and then buy black d hide. :-P
as far as a helmet, bearhelmet would be good

I killed moss giants when I was f2p... got to level 75 or so that way. I did it in wild.
Ice warriors and Ice Giants in the dungeon south of the port are good place to go. Half way through training they got crowded for me, but that was a few years ago... could be better now.
I've also seen people range Cockroaches. I have seen soemoen hug one lvl 83 around the banister right before the lever room. (next to the staircase)
Also Greater Demons in wildy are good if you'd like (but slower xp I think than giants). If you go inside the cross part of the ruins when yo usee a rev they won't follow you in/ won't attack... but log out and switch worlds.

I don't know how to edit post in the skin I'm in but it adds +4 cooking if you are lucky... it varies. Chef delight (m) adds +5 or +6.

All I did for the agility and such is take 25k an hour average (a numbe which I guestimated counting the fact you will prob want to use lamps and all as well as low xp for lower lvls) and divid by 737k (approx lvl 70). I think lvl 80 is around 2 mil xp... so that around 80 hours using my low number of 25k.
For theiving I did 240k which was a high number, but not far off considering 91-99 (the majority of the xp gained) will be with a xp per hour higher than that. My friend took around 50-60 hours... but he had some of the lower level grudge out of the way. (He didn't start at level 1... theving men and all)

What are you talking about? I thought if you had less than 750k it just doesn't take 75k a day into resources...
Most money right now is 10 fish and 5 coal. Instead of wasting time calculating, just wait three weeks. Try out three combos you think will be the most money. Whichever gets you the most, stick with that one.
