UL stands for servers hosted by UnitedLayer as opposed to those hosted by a company whose initials are NL

I just want an indication of what town I'm in because I'm a newcomer to member's. The world map doesn't help much if you don't know where you are.
-
I get lost easily in the member's area. So I think there should be a Newcomer's Map-type map for members.

1. June 15th 2001 - Chose adventurer and got a weapon and shield, plus tinderbox and axe. Logged off.
2. First piece of mithril I got
3. Getting full addy for the first time.
4. Remember in old Runescape, there was that glitch where clicking a ladder in Falador let you go on the second floor, OUTSIDE THE BUILDINGS? That kicked [wagon]. I made a new character to hang out up there so that my main didn't get stuck in case it was fixed. A lot of people lost their stuff up there when they couldn't get down. Good times
5. Last logged in: I'm writing this while my character is fighting a black knight. - Still enjoying it.

ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃââThey never talk during skill trainings like mining, tree-cutting.
ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃââThey are able to type flawless and long messages at high speed.
ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃââThey do not respond to random events and do not wear any armour during skill trainings.
^ Above are my ways of identifying autoers.
I would match 2 of those descriptions right there then. First, nobody likes to bother with chatting when they're mining or whatever, what's there to say? Second, I don't wear armor when I'm mining or woodcutting, etc. That just weighs you down and reduces the time you can run.

Sometimes I wish my computer could handle better games...
Sometimes I wish I had never started playing Runescape...
Sometimes I wish I Rs2 had never been invented, we were all too well in our small noob-less Rsc...
Sometimes I wish this game didnt have such a horrible community...
Sometimes I wish Jagex would be kinder and more understanding with us, or even just talk to us instead of ignoring us...
Sometimes I wish Runescape wasn't considered as the worst game ever in the gaming community...
Sometimes I wish...
But it won't happen will it?
RuneScape Classic didn't have noobs? Wrong, it was worse back then as far as noobs go. "Such a horrible community", nobody's forcing you to leave public chat on. Also, Jagex kinda has to deal with a total of 4 million people playing Runescape, with a team that can't possibly exceed 50 employees. They're doing their best.
PS. The Zelda games for CD-i are usually considered the worst game in the gaming community.

Fishing, level 58. easy to level.
-
I think Jagex would go for the trial membership thing: They'd get more money!
-
i've gotten only one and i've been playing since 2001.

There is already RuneScape for the consoles. You can play it on the Dreamcast with it's web browser. I've done it before.
-
PIN number exist for this only reason, its IMPOSSIBLE to macro-type the PIN :D
Actually its pretty easy to do, once you have an macro program that can do everything else in RuneScape. I assume there are already auto-er's using PINs right now anyway.
-
I had a phat in classic. Traded to someone else who wanted it for 10 coins cuz they weren't rare then. (December 26th the year they came out)
-
You already have a quiver: its where your arrows are stored.
-
The classes didn't mean you were actually a wizard or whatever for ever, they just gave you a few items and some skill bonuses and let you play however you want.
-
-
According to those running a certain program that is forbidden to be mentioned here (call the programs "ps") it's also a Java program acting as the game server over Apache on Linux.
-
I've only ever used 45 spaces at once, so I don't care.
-
Its hard to misspell most things into my username anyway.
Also I'd like to add:
4. Being able to create a new account within the client.
5. No tutorial island.
6. Choosing "Character class" to give you boosts in skills and items when you started. Miners got +5 in mining and smithing level at start along with a pickaxe and hammer, wizards got robes and +5 magic level, and so on.

I'm pretty sure runescript is the data the Runescape engine accepts. And the engine is java-based.
-
I remember when I thought Runescape was just a forum. See, this girl at the computer was always on the forums (back when they were free) then i found out it was a game. Then I remember Falador opening not long after I started playing. (Yes I've been playing that long and my skills still do suck)
-
It is made entirely in Java.
-
Jagex decides that. And without price manipulators you don't have a rares market anyway.
-
I wouldn't mind if they killed the rares market. Does it truly affect the way the game is supposed to be played? Not at all. Why not just take out all those rares and replace them with coins representing current market value?

Poor poor high skilled players and merchanters! They'll just have to deal with it won't they?
