You get 99 woodcut yet? Took a break of my own.

I think the game is already in trouble in some ways.
Aside from merchanting, the fastest (guaranteed) way of making money is running laws.
You might make a lot from treasure trails or monster killing etc but that's subject to RS's notoriously lumpy randomness.
You can make a solid profit from fishing, mining, felling etc (primary skills), but that's slow.
Almost all the secondary skills make a loss. This is because the training method Jagex put in place for training these skills creates an obscene imbalance in supply and demand. You have to make huge quantities of items (potions, bows, armour etc) that it destroys the market for these items, hence most just go to hi-alchemy. Meanwhile the price of the raw materials rises as people fight to raise their skills.
I'm surprised that fletching mage longs is still proiftable. It's been a nice earner but most people would pay more for logs etc.
Anyway, it might have been more balanced if it took longer to make a few better items (for much more xp), rather than having to produce 10k of an item that most people will only want a couple off.
Umm.. laws have been 300 each for a long time, 25 x 300 = 7500. A full inv of magic logs = 28000, for those high level smithers, they get a profit of 500-1k a bar and have almost nonstop orders, that's much more profitable than your running laws.

Protect from Range + Blood and Air Runes = Win
Seriously, I won't be able to make it :(
At a party on Saturday which last pretty late.
Wait, Isn't this an f2p thing? If not, then I can't come.
Ok, Death Runes then.
-
Way too many assumptions in your higher numbers.

I personally wouldn't mind it if they made rares non-tradable and gave announcement of it.
Your arguement is flawed in the following facts:
1. You don't have to purcahse something with money, you can just let it sit there.
2. There is a supply of runes and such from stores, that's why the have dropped so much these past couple of months.
3. No one wants them? Lobbies aren't high from price manipulation, they're high from pure demand, prices won't crash, they'll just return to normal and they definitely won't go that high. A merchant should know the market knowing it wouldn't rise that high.
4. It's about time prices went up, the gold being introduced into this game is unbelievable and prices have only rose a bit to keep up. Compare the percentage rises of rares vs. runes past 9 months or so.
Rares: +500-900%
Runes: ~ -300%
Doesn't this seem a bit lopsided? A 25% change in any direction or so is significant and 300% is off the charts of something there is such a large demand from.

Shouldn't this be in General P2P then?
I've done all the F2P quests.

Is most of your time spent on getting skills or monetary benefits?
Would you rather be 99 in all skills or be #1 (most exp) in one skill?
How do you think the RuneScape community has evolved and how has Jagex responded to that? Do you think an average person starting out today would be more likely to be your friend or an average person starting out last year? Why or why not?
Is the community good or bad for you? On one hand, they can help you level up some of your skills, (Runecrafting) but on the other, they can be downright annoying sometimes.

Let'em worry about what he wants My comp has had viruses for over 5 years..This Thing's Still Livin  (Suprisingly)
You could quickly eliminate everything with just a few programs... Run any anti-virus program, Ad-Aware, Spybot, and HijackThis and you should be fine.
It's not worth it to risk your Runescape account, or even worse things such as credit card information just because you don't want to run a few simple scanners.
None of those are anti-virus programs. Ad-Aware and Spybot are for Spyware, HijackThis doesn't remove anything when you scan it.
Anyway, I've seen dancing for money lots of times so it's not anything new.
-
lol well have 2 make a dance circle and sing combayage next time were in tha mine together sweet cheeks
You mean Kum Ba Yah? That's the worst spelling of it I've ever seen.
-
Did anyone notice when you exaime the squirrels it says "This squirrel likes nuts." yet when you examine the raccoons it just says "A raccoon." How nice of Jagex
-
That's only on the minimap, it's not that big of a deal.
-
what is tha highest rank on this board ? lol
i dunno....lol i know the lowest is chicken feather...
One might argue Banned is the lowest.
-
Lol I never even knew it added def bonus. Oh well I dont go to wildy anyways.
Def isn't just for wildy.
I'm pretty sure it's a bug UNLESS the Draynor cabbage is now untradable or changed into regular cabbage. (we don't want another half wine jug do we?)

Yes, but he just talks to you. He has no real significance.
Ok it has everything to do with this. He is observing (SpellCheck) The WOM How does it not have anything to do with this? :?
Look, he does not say he is watching the WOM. In fact, the only person who linked him to the robbery is Miss Schim (sp?). Not the bank guards, not anybody else. Why do we assume that he did it? We have only one reason to think that, and it isn't a very good source. And why does everyone assume that the WOM isn't just a distraction meant to make runescape more interesting? Why does everyone assume the story goes somwhere?
He admitted it and a bank guard said he was under suspicion if you keep talking to him and Miss Schism. Also, he has a role in the Garden of Tranquility quest which is the only real role which I've seen so far from him.

I don't have a Green Jester Hat or a Scarf, I do have a YoYo and a Mask though, no Rubber Chicken either :(

If they didn't agree to sell for 50k then it wouldn't be 50k would it? Now shut up so we can get back on topic :D
your notion that all the smithers were working together is ridiculous. thats not how it was at all. prices are set by the barbarians who need them to pk. more barbarians results in a demand for more production. Regardless of your assertion, the bottom line is you are happy with lower prices as was the rest of the barbarian community. or pay double and prove me wrong
Where did I say smithers worked together? If you mean me using the word "Agree" that means the trade between buyer and seller, and if R2Hs were that expensive, I'm pretty sure they were already at max production. Also, if demand rose, then that would satisfy the excess production keeping the price the same. Lastly, I've never bought a R2H so can't really say I'm content with them.

for world 1 and 2 i always use miniclip, there u can refresh with staying at the worldchoose page.
Or you could right click and refresh while inside that frame, it's easier and doesn't benefit websites which spawn annoying beggars.
-
i find what you say offensive by saying "those begging kids " or somethin like that. im 12 & if you think you can just assume that no kid can play because some people ( i didnt say kids cuz some older people scamm to) have scammed then i think people who are prejugdist should be baned!
Don't talk if you want to give a good name for 12 year olds, you're making it worse.
Couldn't the person who forgot his money on Karamja pick 10 bananas though? :P
The only thing I see is that most high levels call others noobs although I noticed when I go look them up in the high scores, the only thing that's high is their combat skills, a little one-track mind we have going here :P
-
Refresh a couple times at world select (right click and click refresh, or go to This Frame on Firefox to not refresh the whole page) and it should come down to 1975 or so after a couple of minutes, then click on it and keep trying to log in until it lets you, takes about 5 minutes but it worked for me.
-
So did they stop billing you or not? Your title and actual text is contradictory.
-
Actually the reason the prices dropped is YOUR FAULT.
if you bought a r2her for 50k instead of 2 million then YOU decided to agree to the price drop.
A good friend of mine once told me:
When was the last time you went in to buy a music cd for $8.95 and said to the cashier "Oh my god, this price is too low, can i pay $19.99??"
Bottom line is the reason prices are low is because you all demand it to be low. higher demand, more production, and newer better equipment all are reasons why prices dropped.
SO its YOUR FAULT. Stop blaming the early smithers. in the end You love prices lower.
If they didn't agree to sell for 50k then it wouldn't be 50k would it? Now shut up so we can get back on topic :D
