  1. Maybe a Necromancer will help the Morytanian enemies through the gate at Paterdomus and a double attack will happen on Varrock, where we have to defend the city with a friend (like the whole Black Arm/Pheonix tradition) and using the Shield of Arrav (which should have a special attack of it's own to kill all enemies instanty within a certain radius) to hold off the attack, trading the shield between the friends when needed. When the attacks are held off successfully, Paterdomus can be re-sealed and a counter-attack on the Necromancer and leaving Morytania for another time.

  2. Well, the story of my username is short.

My friends used to make up names for me to annoy me when we were about 11 - 12 years old. One of these was Mr Vegetable. I don't know why they made it up, it just came out of nowhere. They stopped calling me it ages ago but the name stuck in my head and I use it in most places on the web since I was 13, so nearly three and a half years now.

The number 2 comes from the order that the account came in. The original Mr Vegetable I messed up, Mr Vegetabl0 I messed up, Mr Vegetabl1 I got bored of and wanted something new, so I made Mr Vegetabl2 a long time ago and has been my most successful and longest running account to date (and has been P2P since 15th June 2006). I don't use the others anymore.

  3. Welcome to my blog. I meant to start one about a bazillion months ago (well...maybe 6) when I started the Holy Grail quest...but I couldn't be bothered, so I didn't.

    The Rise to Legend

We join our character, MrVegetable, as he wrestles with the mighty Nezikchened at the Dark Totem Pole in the Kharazi Jungle.

"Ok Nezzie! You've caused waaaaay too much trouble for your own good! Time to go back to where you came from!"

"Fool!" Nezikchened bellows. "You can never beat my might and power! Your puny stature of 79 Combat pales in comparison to my 187 Combat! You can never defeat me! NEVER!"

Nezikchened launches black daggers towards MrVegetable in the hope of piercing his runite armour and destroying his heart with the blackness of the underworld. Fortunately for our hero, his agile nature allows him to dodge the daggers with ease, swinging his dragon longsword round and striking the demon with a fatal blow.

"Mouse." MrVegetable taunts as Nezikchened writhes into nothingness with a shrill scream.

Heading back to Ardougne with the completed map and a special gift from the Kharazi natives, MrVegetable strolls through the gates of the Legends Guild, guards nodding at him as he passes. Rasmius was most pleased with our hero's accomplishment, and accepts MrVegetable's entry into the guild, and offering a special training program in 4 skills.

"Now this is a toughie" MrVegetable thought. "What skills should I pick?"

Choosing to be trained in the arts of Defence and Smithing, plus a double training session of Prayer, MrVegetable leaves the guild with a fresh new cape, a new prayer learnt, a smug look on his face and a new frame of mind.

"I wonder how my ranarr weeds are growing..." He wonders as he makes his way back to the Troll Stronghold...

Hopefully I'll come up with an even better story next time for your entertainment!

    MrVegetable.

  4. I like to use this guide as I seem to make a lot of profit from it. The only problem I have is finding buyers for my prayer potions

maybe some advice on how to get to lvl 32 farming, im lvl 16 at the moment and am not shore how to train my farming fro here.

    like what should i grow?

Nothing, complete Tears of Guthix instead and use the skill boosts from that to get to 32 farming (if farming is your lowest skill).

  5. Well I used this guide as a basis of what to take for my first barrows trip. I had to substitute mystic and god clothing for fremmywear, and rune chain for blue d hide...

I did very well...but ran out of p pots before verac, got one of a kind player, beat verac in tunnel, got to chest, opened it...and a skeleton kills me...

You can only imagine my disappointment...

  6.

I know its selfish but somethings are meant to be kept a secret, theres also a range spot which im keeping secret till i got 70 ranged....

Lmao, you act like it is a big secret. The skeleton near the red dot can be used as a safespot.

    deathmapaj4.gif

    Your welcome.

although they drop clues but they drop them far less than others. i once used hally at the safespot but i only got 1 clue i like 3 days:( but they drop deaths and bloods VERY often

Clues aren't exactl meant to be common though are they...

  7. For me, probably the worst overall update of the year.

The Attack Style page feels too compact now, it's all crammed together now and feels cluttered to me.

Bring back the yellow skill numbers! Orange may be my favourite colour but don't use it on the RS colour background!

I don't see the point of the equipment stats thing. The old one was better IMO. People only seem to like it since you get to see yourself in it

The new prayer symbol colour is weird! Yellow was better.

Why do we need another Lumby Teleport? Because it's free everyone will use it over the original. The 30 mins recharge is pointless. Lumbridge Tele is only useful for quests and they take more than 30 mins...

I prefer the old smiley faces for the friends lists IMO.

The run button in GAME SETTINGS? Explain the logic? Settings are things like Brightnessm etc. Not to select run mode.

Don't even get me started on the emotes. Ok so you can see what each emote does...nobody will ever really use them!

Of what I've heard of the area sounds...average...way too hyped up by Jagex IMO.

The skill tutors scattered everywhere makes Lumbridge "Tutorial City" and not really part of the game anymore. The point of a game is to be challenging and make the player think about how to do things...all these tutors everywhere takes that challenge away and I feel that the game has now been given too gentle a learning curve.

The only good thing I can really say about the update is the new Lumbridge Bank. It's good for those who don't yet have access to the Culinaromancers Chest, but once you do have access there really is no point to using the roof bank...

What Jagex should do now is add a skins option to the game settings. This allows players to switch between interfaces and pick the one they prefer, allowing fans of the old interface to be happy too.

I promise never to rant like this again.

  8. i've gotten to jad 4 times out of 8 attempts...

first attempt, was concentrating so hard on jad... i forgot to drink a prayer pot... lol #-o

second attempt, wrong prayer at the wrong time <.<

third attempt, same as above, lol

fourth attempt (today :) ) double clicked my prayer and got kill with a 58, while jad was at about 2 hp...

and next time! im going to do it like a noob!, i'll just keep poisoning him and running behind italy, well assuming he takes damage from poison.

Well I presume he does take hits from poison...but...you'll be waiting a loooooooong time for it to have enough effect on his 300 odd hp

  9. I have a friend who was told by a player to wear special robes and go into the brimhaven place where they attack you for wearing them. He lived but was then dragged by the same person into tribesmen where he got poisoned and died, leaving the lurer to get his stuff. He didn't report them as he thought that Jagex would take it that he just walked into tribesmen and died normally and not scammed.

  10. Well the word n00b is more commonly used now as a term of disgust if one player doesn't get tehir way and another does. Yesterday I got called a n00b for not trading my Saradomin Page 4 for a blue mystic top as I thought I'd make a loss by doing so.

Seeing the word used everywhere and not for the right reasons I created a new word. B00n. Meaning "Elite", and other related good words. Maybe it'll work.

Could always have Bewn "Elite New" too.
