So, I just came back from retirement and I'm deciding which 99 to go for. Here are my choices:

I only have time for one. Can someone tell me which is the hardest and which i would have the easiest time getting? I play roughly 1 and a half hours a day and only like 45 minutes once school starts.

i dont play runescape anymore due to losing over 50m in stuff in one death, but i was reading about the god wars dungeon, and can you use the cannon there? i was on the runescape website and they said nothing about you not being able to.
