Record it with something such as Camtasia or Hypercam, then open up the avi or wmv file with ImageReady. In ImageReady, save it as a gif.

It comes with Photoshop. Download the demo from adobe.com or buy it for the $600 or so that it's worth. :wink:

uhm.. maby also around 40-50 firemaking, autoers don't get it, but it isn't very much to do :-k
