its consistant PLATE body SQUARE shield, not Chainbody. also square = 2 pieces so say 30 smith levels per piece which is 60 smith, and the plate is 3 pieces so 90 smith

Kill one of the ghosts down there, take the mangled bones, use them instead of chewed. You'll just have to kill a ghost. I've killed over 30. A little more specific on which "ghost" drops mangled bones? any of them like the angry barbarian spirit near the brutal greens, spelt something like that those drop them 100%
