Aye I agree but only after ive finished the first part.... by the way duel wielding is allowed im my game! :D Just you have to have double the level to do it... If its level 1 to wield 1 bronze dagger its level 2 when you can wield 2 of em That means that the most powerful may not be duel wielded... aka anything over level 500....but i could change that Edit: Ionian, could you test out that file? Go to the website (mystic legends) and under updates on the homepage there is a link.(click it) In the upper right cornor there is a space to enter numbers. Enter the numbers shown just left of this box. Then click download. Then could you go to the mystic legends board (or here) and post what happended, if you had problems, if you liked it etc.

The problem with pictures is unless you take the pciture they may be copyrighted.... :cry: I could swear ive seen some of those animations in a german medeival game. When you start making textures (if you make anything modeling) use THE GIMP best thing ever! and its free!!!! My idea for the game is low poly = low lag the higher quality textures will make the low poly items look high poly! :D Try Wings 3d I heard somewhere that they used it for halo 2 ( dont think this is possible but I heard it somewhere else) and best of all ITS FREE!! :D :D

The horses will go under the breeding/tamming skill. Hmm interesting idea...digging into tunnels. It would make the game slower...so it wouldnt work but could be part of a quest and there could be an underground nation with a network of tunnels below... Edit: No it wouldnt make the game slower just thought of how I would program it... ...xplod what modeling program did you use?

A but if I remember I figured out about the runic alphabet first....gave you the links the letters are called runes.... Runescape has their letters written out on stones because they are "runes"... Already said somthing like this before... So mixing your idea in if the ratio of your level to the spell your casting is to great then the chance of somthing happening in the special magic fields is greatened then say a higher levels doing the same spell. I have finals so this week wont see as much progress as before.... Did you test out the file I put up on the site? Tell me if that works on your mac. If anyone has windows test it out to. When you click the link on the first page you go to another website click the start download after putting in the numbers (which is in the upper right cornor) As for a dragon being harder than a human....I disagree... Everyone knows what a human looks like so it must be perfect porportionaly... which a dragon you have much more freedom on how it looks...

Im going to use some system to tell a player mod from a normal player... hmm...im going to think of a symbol for my own guy... even before the game launches...the name gandalf the grey..mabye gandalf the white...mabye Aragon...mabye Legalos or Gandalf... Player mods ~ Get crown (silver...of some sort... Other people who helped a lot to create the game get a gold crown I get...a...a....a....kings crown with jewels in it...or something like that Edit: Wow! 75th post...if I even tried to update the first page it would take hours....

For magic you should have to write runes in the ground? or on paper or in stone? Spells~ You must have a staff...even the greatest wizard is powerless without his staff. It was the best of times..it was the..... sorry wrong fourm... You will charge you staff by writing runes in the ground which is a very lengthy process depending on your magic level and the type of spell. This uses up your ammount of spell creation fatigue or SCF Summoning is still currently Top Secret...dont even ask, its all worked out

Not a bad Idea...but there will be an optional teleport to POH at level 150... I not to worry...but I will make it so that the one you can in by will be the one you came out of....That way you dont have people using the free teleport system to get from town to town...

Wow! Very nice ideas! Your right about the crafting skill...needs to be more interesting and useful.... A taming/breeding skill would work! Really great ideas and you even went into depth!
