  1. Ello, I recently started playing Runescape again after a whopping 869 days. Everything is so different! Including this new skill called Dungeoneering. I read the tip.it skill guide for it, however I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed.

I was wondering if anyone who has more experience in the skill could maybe show me the ropes and go through some of it with me; and maybes fill me in on some of the major changes to Runescape.

My combat level is 102 and my RS name is Mac Master92.

    -Thanks

  2. What music would you play for the start of the fight?

    Time Is Running Out- Muse

What would you play during the battle?

    The Feel Good Drag- Anberlin

What music would you play at the end of all of it?

and of course, We are the Champions- Queen

  3. I thought it was a great movie. It wasn't the most thrilling thriller I've even seen because I knew how it would end but it was still good. I liked it because they kept true to all of the facts that the Nazis practiced. [hide=Spoiler Examples]Like how executed the people by shooting line ups Also how they went to Eagles Nest. I thought that was really cool because I've been there before.[/hide] I also liked how they mentioned Mousalinni (sp?), the Gestapo and the SS. The guy who played Hitler did good also.

  4. When you think about it, they have some pretty awesome songs.

But I couldn't listen to them constantly, as previous poster said, his constant falsetto can get annoying

Then You would like they're new EP Prospekt's March. His voice is low almost the entire time. Its a nice difference.

  5. I like them a lot. It is true that most of they're songs sound similar, but if you listen to the lyrics and try to figure out the meaning, and you find the meaning, it makes it a much more enjoyable experience.

  6. Yes I'm a Coldplay fan, so I'm probably going to be a little biased but seeing how all, if not most of you, in here hate Coldplay I think its fair I even it out. Now that that's out of the way...

I do admit that they sound almost exactly alike. The only reasons I have for thinking that it was a coincidence are as follows:

1). You didn't even post what Coldplay stated on they're site.

"With the greatest possible respect to Joe Satriani, we have now unfortunately found it necessary to respond publicly to his allegations. If there are any similarities between our two pieces of music, they are entirely coincidental, and just as surprising to us as to him. Joe Satriani is a great musician, but he did not write or have any influence on the song Viva La Vida. We respectfully ask him to accept our assurances of this and wish him well with all future endeavours. Coldplay."

You can find that on they're main site Here.

2). Coldplay doesn't really pay attention to the music world around them. I bet most of you didn't know that when Coldplay created the album, and the song, Viva la Vida, they didn't even know that Ricky Martin had a very popular song with the same name. That's why the album was later changed to "Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends".

3). I think something is a little strange because Joe didn't sue Coldplay until after it was announced that they were nominated for 7 grammys. There is no way Joe could have not know about that song before that. If he truly thought Coldplay stole it he would have sued a long time ago.

In conclusion, they're is no way of telling whether this is true or not, and that's why I'm pretty sure Joe is going to win. Joe has evidence and Coldplay doesn't, but I highly doubt that he is going to get ALL of the royalties like he's suing for. I'm really curious as to how this all is going to play out.

*phew*, now I'm done. :-# Let the attack begin.

You know most people think Coldplay are rubbish yeah? Joe Satriani is probably one of them, as are all of his friends, and management company. Therefore unless he listens to modern radio shows (which seeing his style of music is very unlikely) he wouldn't have heard it.

That doesn't really make sense. Viva la Vida was at the top of the charts for a long time and was played for a long time. There is no way Joe, and all his friends, and all his agents couldn't have heard the song and said, "hey that sounds familiar .."

Couple that with that fact that most Coldplay fans have never heard of Joe Satriani before and you don't have much room for crossover until one of the songs get serious mainstream attention.

I like Joe Satriani, but I'd not heard this song before this whole thing kicked off.

It's like Jay Z covering Perry Como. Neither Perry Como's fans or Jay Z's fans are going to know the complete works of the other one.

Ok... I'm not really sure of you point here... :?

  8. Woah that episode was intense.

I have so many thoughts swirling around in my head, so my post is going to be all over the place, please bear with me . :wall:

Alright, I officially hate Sylar again. <.< He's back to the same old killer he always was. Killing 4 people in one sitting. That poor guy in the elevator, it was probably the longest elevator ride in his life.

It was pretty cool seeing Hiro's mom and how she was the catalyst. She shouldn't have given it to Hiro. :shame: I'm trying to figure out how Arthur found out Hiro was the new catalyst and how he was there at the exact moment.

I think its a pretty safe bet to say Arthur is dead now. Although it does make me sad, he grew on me. It was nice how they told us how the Hashens powers work, it makes perfect sense. I wonder what happens when the Hashen goes to take out Sylar. :ohnoes:

All around one of my favorite episodes. The plot wasn't all over the place, it wasn't drawn out. I think they are improving on these faults. Its going to get much better.

  9. But on a good note, they did something awesome. I knew that when Isaac handed his sketchbook to the bicyclist, that we would see that guy sometime in the future. And they handled it perfectly, they waited 2 seasons before bringing it back, not bringing it back a few episodes after it happened.

I actually forgot that this even happened until about 2 hours after the episode aired and then I finally remembered. I agree that they played it perfectly. It was unexpected.

Last night's episode was pretty well put together. I figured Clare and Sylar wouldn't die and guessed correctly that the end of the eclipse would bring her back to life. I doubted that two main characters would be killed off in a span of 5-10 minutes, so the seemingly neverending eclipse's end was the logical solution.

The guy from Hati now has my respect. Before, I always thought of his chracter as a power spoiler, but now he's pretty manly. Did he always have that power? I thought he was only a memory wiper and power buffer.

I wonder if something is going to happen with Clair now that she has actually "died". We saw Noah begin to get worried when he found out she had died, but Sylar, Elle, and Hiro interupted all that (oh yeah, Hiro was awesome in that scene. "Bad man" then teleports him away .)

I think Noah was worried because he realized that if Claire died and came back Sylar would too. I also loved that scene. :) I love when Hiro actually uses his powers for something useful. Its so cool.

  12. I found this cool site that has pics of characters recolored in pretty cool ways. Here's a pic to wet your appetite. =P~

    It's Meta Vader! :P

  13. I liked Parkman when he found out his powers were gone. He tilted his head and stared at Daphne's father, it made him look like an idiot

    "What's yer problem son?"

That reminds me, I was surprised to find our Daphne had some sort of leg paralysis. I never would have expected it.

I know, the irony is intense.

  14. Seriously Ray, the reason we are all arguing with you is because, honestly, you've never played anyone really good before. CPUs don't try to [bleep]e you while your off the edge of the stage, they don't ledge grab you (and Sonic's up-b is vulnerable to both).

  15. Uhh Sonic's recovery is so easy to [bleep]e... MK can side-b to the stage, glide, b, down b, and his forward air has such high priority he isn't vulnerable while he is gliding. R.O.B.'s forward air also has high priority, as does his neutral air. Plus R.O.B. can do a technique that propels him up almost twice as far. Trust me, unless tht R.O.B. is stupid, or you K.O. him by [bleep]ing him so he is stunned and dies, he is going to get back to the stage. Just like MK. You can't say that's so for Sonic. :shame:

Edit: Agg you beat me to it Kent.
