Phobia is a junior clan, but just has a different policy about graduating.

 

They care more about people being READY then people being some lvl.

 

Like many people have said, they don't have to run their clan the way you do.

 

 

 

++ I'm Phobian, I'm Level 100, I haven't graduated because I do not want too, no one has asked me too, and i'm happy with being Phobia.
