Is it possible the amulet the player is wearing could be one of these three that were "scrapped" last batch due to the lacking of usefulness Jagex mentioned?
1) Eye of the Mage
2) Eye of the Warrior
3) Eye of the Ranger

It's not a new spellbook, I paused the video and analyzed it and I saw the bones to bananas/peaches spell... I highly doubt it's a new spellbook.

Mod Mark: Haha! Have you been looking in Mod Fetzkis wardrobe? *ducks* :) Originally, many of those kinds of locations gave random, useless items like buttons and bits of roofing. We decided to remove that feature because it was just clogging up peoples banks with chaff (pointless bits of, erm, stuff). There are some locations in the game where you can obtain strange costumes from searching in dodgy wardrobes, though...
Where are these wardrobes and what costumes do you get from them?
Ya that stumbled me...anyone wanna visit every house and find the wardrobe? we could split in groups =P

So what are the chances it might be the following since there is no update this week:
Jagex has the "no update for 1 week" deal again
OR
Big update the week after, perhaps one of the anticipated Mournings End Part 3, or Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf

I could see a time tab.
Moreso like for clans to use as it would be a world clock and clanmembers can check the time instead of figuring out what time they have to meet for certain stuff etc.
Example:
"Clanmembers, we have a war at 3 pm gmt-8"
*every clanmember sets the time to gmt-8*
Also, i could see it as somewhat an alarm/timer deal so that a clanmember can set a time for the clock to inform them of something in case they forget..
Would possibly be a good asset to clans, group events, etc.
Idk, just my thoughts

I regret taking a break from runescape for 4 months, i missed out a lot of penguin points and other daily/weekly stuff that goes around and missed out on runecrafting xp =(

Actually it's the dwarven burial armour, that's what it says in the BTS:
Life as a dwarf must also be fraught with danger, as there is also a constant demand for dwarven burial armour, the creation of which is taught within the workshops walls, which should prove useful for anyone from levels 30-70 Smithing.
