Hi all.
I am here to inform you all of a new style of sig. It's called, the Neeb Sig. They're free! Done by me! They require a high amount of skill, only a few possess.
They are done on paint, in 200% zoom. Only tools allowed are Pencil, Paintbrush, and Bucket (fill). The colour requirements are a maximum of 3 colours.
I will do them for free, if you give me the following details-
Main Word
Other Words (Many, if possible)
Main Colour (and what it should be used for)
Secondary Colour (and what it should be used for)
Final Colour (normally border, but if not, what it should be used for)
Anything else, eg, in my sample Stupid X 4 sig, the person / leprichaun with robin hood hat / leprichaun hat.
I think you'll agree these are very high quality sigs, I think they can even beat the pixel craze!

I dont know what brushing is, but if the top one was made light blue, it would icy, and therefore, excellent!

There you are xrhinox, just ask for any changes... like removal of gore... adding of amulet... border change, or font change.

A 10k donation for each sig made is helpfull, but optional. The 10k will help me to do more sigs are become better at pixel sigs. To donate, just PM me over the site.
Rules-
1 free sig per person, 2nd sig must be payed for.
2 characters or less (excluding monsters)
Sig MUST be used somewhere, if you do not use, TELL ME!
Sigs must NOT be re-sold.
You must not remove the "Sig made by Cool 99" unless you pay for the sig.

Almost everyone here uses Paint, or sometimes graphics gale (for small animations and easy drawing)
But shade, and dont use fill, and dont use spray.

1- I can't do animated sigs that well... well... there's no way I'd be able to do that.
2- I'm from england too but I still wouldnt do the american flag burning.

Hi, I'm completely new to photoshop, and here are some things I've made, I'd like you all to look at them, and atleast post a reply saying if I'm total crap, or recomending any sites to improve... (and please none of the "for tutorials please look at the blah de blah thread") ... so criticism is welcome ... and if you wanna have one custom made (for free of course)... just let me know and I'll see what I can do!
