But I don't see why it is hard to image if it were real and roleplay what you would do, weren't the ammount of Detention Centres the USA government have conspiracy theories, and what about the ship "rainbow warrior". And things like the USA government testing biological weapons on Australians in Australia, and were givin permission by the Australian Government. And what about all those Russian spies that were found. All of these were farfetched conspiracy theories but now true.

I'm sorry; I did not know it would bring this type of thing up in people. I just thought it would be cool to read what people would do "if" one of those dooms day events really did happen, so I choose the most farfetched one. As I said I did not think people would react like this or think that I my self really believe this.

Ermmm.. To put it short. Government or people in power want to rule the world as a new world order, so using holographic tech to make you think you are seeing things(like the spiral in Norway with the beam coming out of it) and controlling sound waves to make you think ivoices are coming from in your head. And controlled earth quakes with HAARP to uncover planted evidence that all religions are false and the "people in power" have the answers. Well they use all this to stage a false alien invasion or 2nd coming. I don't know? I think that's about it.
If you can't watch them all just watch the first two. And maybe the 2nd last one.

You know not that long ago they were sending [developmentally delayed]s off to camps and planes to "get rid of them" for the VERY same reasons people give for abortion... Funny that.
Funny thing is that it was not just the Germans that did it. Australia, USA and the UK did this and had camps for [developmentally delayed]s.

And so the baby should be punished for this? I mean Wemen say it is their body so it is their choice, but last I checked the baby is a whole new body and life and the women has no right to choose to kill or let it live!
I hate how EVERYONE brings up all these stupid arguments and forget about the baby’s life and the fact it is MURDER!!! Once the sperm goes in the egg it is life and HUMAN! People say, but they are not human and just a bundle of nerves, well a dog has the same IQ as a new born baby, does that mean we can kill 1 year old babies like we do dogs?
And people do know that when they abort a baby it is not in the egg form, it is when the baby already has arms, legs, toes and finger and even finger nails... They stick a basically tongs in there and squish the baby up and then suck it out and throw it away. Look at an apple and about 3/4 that size is how big the baby is when it's killed. Well lets just say the baby is as big as mouse when they kill it. You all talk about only cells and such but that is not true.

It's interesting that people are so determined to knock this project. I would like to revisit this in a few years. Yes, I'm sure there will be some problems, but such issues are essentially inherent into the construction of any building, no matter the size or speed at which is was assembled.
My theory is that people are insecure, and fearful about their position in the world. There are several Indians, Chinese, Vietnamese, Pakistanis, any number of people, that could all do your job, and likely better than you, if they were given the chance. However, they will not get that chance, for merit of their poverty, skin colour, or nationality. With greater globalization (which is inevitable, whatever the left/right would like to say) there will be greater equality. It's not going to be a leveling up for us, no matter the value that Thomas Friedman wishes to place on skilled labor and "roll-up-your-sleeves" work ethic.
It has actually been surprisingly easy for me to reconcile with the fact that I will not be able to take from the world as much as the members of the previous generation did. I hope that I'm never so greedy as to turn my back on the principles of equality, or so sure of my country's superiority over others to wait, fascinated, with the sadistic hope that my pretensions of superiority will be confirmed.

To the underlined part, that is just plain wrong. Things built in China are utter [cabbage], and due to your lack of experience in the world, just in general, shows itself more clearly now. These building flaws do not happen in say, oh I don't know, America, Europe. China is trying to cut corners, and eventually they'll cut something they wish they hadn't.
Mate, have you ever been to China before? Have you seen the buildings? Take the 2008 Olympics for an example, all the building were top of the class, safe and sound, cleverly designed. Why don't you get some experience on this subject before you start generalizing things.

I am Middle Eastern, ever since 9/11 I have been the end of a lot of prejudices [even though I am Christian]. Anything from sheer terror of me to disgust.
I was speaking with someone from a public school about fights or whatever. They said about how all the Arabs stick together. And I was like yep, that's what we do, support one another. As soon as I said that they looked like they had seen a ghost. They were terrified and lost all interest to talk.
I use to be harassed at school by this kid who use to constantly make airport jokes and say how inferior "my people" are. He would find me and my Arab friend just to insult us. It was quite a damper on the spirits and I dreaded seeing him. Till one day I had enough and reported him to the guidance counselor. Somehow he had convinced the guidance counselor that I and my other Arab friend bullied him and we were terrifying and that we said he was a dirty Palestinian and that he wanted to blow up Israel (which is funny because that kind of sounds like what he would say to us...). After explaining to my guidance counselor that I never said such things, and how it is blasphemous to yell Allah in mockery and that he was a damper to my spirit. I was threatened with receiving a suspension and half the amount of demerits needed for expulsion if I did not apologize to him for "threatening" and "belittling" him.
I sat next to a moderately dark skinned man on an airplane once. He looked Middle Eastern and it was confirmed when he pulled out something with Arabic writing on it. Not to be rude but I read some of it and it was a prayer to Mary. He saw it had caught my eye and he smiled and handed it to me to read. I thanked him in Arabic with a "shookran sayyid" and passing people saw that I had something written in Arabic and I was muttering I heard "oh my God... I don't feel safe with those crazy Muslims sitting next to each other showing each other their terrorist language".
My teacher for Speech was also my debate coach and she knew I like political and educational things. She asked me to give a speech that was really informative and political without being persuasive. So I picked the Israeli-Arab Conflict, illuminating on the Arab side since the Israeli side is covered amply in US media. After my researching and writing of the paper, I had been harassed to the point were I had to change my subject, being called a "Jew hater", etc. My teacher was disappointed in me and I was disappointed in myself. My paper was not anti-Judeo at all, not even anti-Zionist and focused on the political aspect but without people even hearing it I was forced to abandon it.
There are certain Eastern Christian religious customs I have which are discriminated against as well. I have been called a stupid towel head for fasting. During one feast day, you hand out roses to people, especially those you have a hard time with to try to make amends with them and someone asked me what I poisoned them with and what plot "my people" were planning. A whole slue of other customs, including bowing, wishing blessings upon people (i.e. God bless your hands for preparing such a delicious meal and may He grant you a long life because of the fruits of your labors) and carrying prayers in Aramaic on me, and when some people see this they attend to [voluntarily and involuntarily] discourage me from my stupid "sand people" things.
I'm a Maronite [a type of Christian], extremely anti-terrorism and anti-war and I want to be a consultant for the FBI like someone I know to translate things from Arabic to English. If people hear that, they think I'm joking because I must be automatically a Muslim and pro-terrorism. It is truly sad.

I feel sorry for ya mate. And I would have to say that I "DO" hate Israelis, not Jews but Israel as a Country. They are no better then the Germans in WW2. I guess monkey see monkey do. The people that made that Country also started out as Terrorists against the Arabs. But that is all off topic...

Had a girl in a lab session last semester try to dry her jumper over a naked flame. Theres a high amount of stupid people at Uni, (un?) surprisingly.
It does not take brains to read and quote what is written in a book... Like me, I can't get in to Uni because I have a memory problem but because I have a highly abstract mind I score high in IQ tests, well high as in 115 which is normal and would be like 125 if not for my memory problem... Point is that you don't need to be smart to get in to Uni and all... If I had a point at all???

The drawing message is crystal clear, so i do not get why the freedom of printing should matter when it's bad for society. It basically says "Muslims are terrorists, and islam is a bomb", which is discrimination. Isen't that what majority of democratic countries are against?
If he lived in Australia and did a cartoon like that he would be in jail for 4 years or deported. A few months ago here in Australia a guy made a racist video and put it on Youtube, he is now in jail for 2 years.

That is a stupid question... Why? Because our weapon as humans is our Brain and a weapon like a knife is a result of our Brain. To put us against a wild animal and saying that we are naked and have nothing to use as a makeshift weapon is like saying a Lion can not use it's teeth or claws, or that a bull can not use it's horns.
EDIT: I was just think that we as humans don’t need weapons to take down an animal, we as humans because of our brains can take down ANY animal no matter the size or strength. The answer is Marshal Arts. A Ninja could one hit kill a fully grown bear with one hit to the chest. A fully trained person in the Marshal Arts could snap a lions neck while it is in mid air of a pounce… When I say fully trained I mean like those monks in China and such.
Animals aint got nothing on Humans.

I think it is normal and not selfish to have one or two kids because this is normal, but I do think it is selfish to have 5-8 kids because this world is already WAY over populated as it is. And just in case someone wants to disagree with me, NO I’m not talking about land to live on... Land does not let the human race live... I'm talking about resources, food and water (mainly water) and the like. Like in Australia we are already WAY, WAY over populated for the kind of place we are living in, I mean right now we have water restrictions because there is not enough water for everyone in Australia. We are already close to watering the front and back yard being illegal, if we are not careful anything outside of drinking water to live will be restricted... But oh well, as the morons say, we are not over populated, and China and other such places do not have a problem, go on and keep having babies until the world is dead...
There is not enough room on earth for Humans and the things that keep us and this planet alive like bees and trees... BTW without bees almost every plant and animal on earth would die.
By having a child, you're making the population increase because of your personal desire to start a family, which is selfish. By having a child, you are giving up energy, money, and time that could have been spent on yourself for the sake of another person, which is unselfish. Depends on how you want to look at it really. I'd say having a child is neither selfish nor unselfish alone, but the reasons the parent wants the child is what would show us whether it's selfish or not.
I'd like to have kids when I'm mature enough and enjoyed life enough as a non-parent. I just like the idea of keeping my blood here on the planet after I die.
I agree with what you said at the end. Having a child is continuing on your self, so when you die you are not really dyeing because apart of you still lives in your child.

I'm going to play the Devil's Advocate.
If racism is defined as a belief in superiority of a race over an other, would it be a racist thing to say that evolution has brought about genetic differences among different people groups? For example, these differences may enable one group to survive more easily in colder climates, whereas the other group is better suited for hot, equatorial zones. The group that can fare better in the cold is obviously in possession of a trait that makes them superior in their own environment.
If it's not racist, where do we draw the line? Intellectual superiority?
Also, if a scientific study found out that a certain race is more intelligent than another, how should we react? Should we suppress the knowledge, even if it's the truth? Do we embrace it?
With all the Human races in the World there are 5 different types of Human skulls in the world each belonging to a different Race and they are very different. But they do not teach this in school, nor are you allowed to talk about it... So it already happens.
And did you know that if a Native Australian lives on Western food and lifestyle they will only live to 40 because their body rejects it.

I see a lot of racism involved in the anti-immigration movements. Of course not everyone is racist, you can be any nationality and be a immigrant, but most of the time there is a lot of anger and hatred when it comes to such issues and I think a lot of people say things they don't really mean when they are at a boiling point, and it's easy to confuse anti-immigration viewpoints with racism, but a lot of the time these movements get subconsciously racist in part. People start to hate the immigrants themselves, and who they are and where they came from, rather than the systems set up allowing them to come and settle.
I can understand it in some situations, like Sweden. The Swedes are the native people there, and its kind of messed up when your jobs are being displaced from people of other countries. But there is no need to put hate towards the immigrants, they are coming from situations that most of us can never imagine and they are just doing whatever they can to get out of where they are coming from, and it's the government that keeps allowing them to come and giving them assistance.
In America here there is a large anti-immigration movement along the boarder in Mexico. This one I laugh at because you get white people standing down there telling Mexicans to "go home", when Mexicans are Indigenous people to those lands. America today, was founded by immigration and I don't think its fair to talk down immigration when all of your relatives were immigrants. My people, Native Americans, sadly didn't have much of a say when it came to the occupation and immigration of our lands by the Europeans and later on American settlers. I'm sure the Aboriginals of Australia went through the same thing my people did.
A lot of Mexicans are from Spain...

I live in Australia WA, and they forget to point out that these Indians were attacked at NIGHT in dodgy parts of the city, it is not a case of Racism, but more of a case of the Indians being naive just like Japanese always turning up at the hospital from being mugged while walking around Perth/ North Bridge at night... I swear...
And India are freaking hypocrites, I mean what would happen to a white guy walking around a poor Indian street, AND WHAT IF THAT WHITE GUY WAS GAY!!! Plus the stat's say that these Indian students are safer in Australia then their own country.....

I see when you shade that you shade in a strait line? It is better to shade with the shape of the object that you are drawing. And I also notesce that when you do black and white drawing that you cover the whole drawing with shading and completley cover the picture in shadow. Some times it is best to only shade one half of the object and leave the other side white where the light is comming from, and slowly soften the shading, as well as moving with the shape of the object like I said before.
Now this picture was done in a rush and is basic as it gets, but I hope it gets my point across?

Are you 10? That's the only explanation I could find for someone thinking this is actually an achievement of some sort. You can't get the font right, the writing makes my head hurt from how terrible it is (The hell is a 'peep' ?), the art is even worse and is like a bad cross between someone who couldn't draw and someone who just got his copy of photoshop elements and even the website backing it is terrible and barely functional (no back or forward pages, having to go to the archive and get a pre-generated "gallery" feature?) making it a chore to even try and read this thing.
If you actually are 17 like your profile tells me than I really feel for you, I really do.

Dude... Nadril is one of the only people on this forum that does commissions... and I think the only one that does them frequentlyNah. I haven't done that many commissions. Too lazy...
While I also believe that Nad's main intention is to help this guy, a critic that can't come up with a positive comment is a bad critc.It's hard sometimes. Considering I'm not the only critic here I leave the positive stuff to other dudes.

Okay, this is a dragon picture I am working on, and I am using a free version of Gimp to draw it with a mouse. I normally draw with pencil and charcoal, things like that, I even dabbled in pixel drawing with MS-Paint, but this is my first ever drawing in something like Gimp.
So what do you think of my progress and how can I improve on it?
I can not seem to get the scales right on the neck, any suggestions?

Okay I have finished it and am not proud of it at all... I had to rush it all because time was running out. I would have gone back and redone a lot of it, but things move along so slowly when you do not know what you are doing.
I mean I'm happy for it as my first GIMP drawing, but as an artist, I hate it and am very disappointed in its ugliness....... :shame:
