They have made this update to help players pick the best world for them, for it wasnt always the server they lived close to. (very technical but its true, the closer aint always the better)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The best world for florida, if it is where you live, is the world suggested at the top of the page.

And if for some odd reasons you are looking for the florida server even if it means a possible loss of performance nobody can tell, except Jagex's staff.
