Well I am currently at the slayer master in the Lost City and I have a question...When I get a reassignment, I know I go to the master in Burthorpe, but how does the monsters he reassigns work? Are they just his regular assignments or what?

yes his regular assignments.

 

 

 

Note that if you are given a task which is on the Burthorpe slayer masters list of monsters, you cannot "burthorpe" it
