No i got it from a VERY old microsoft 3.1 game. Its called bad toys.

ah well sorry, than its just some bg, pasted the pictures in it and added some text, not very difficult

i know but i suck at making pixel sigs i really do and i dont wanna spend 500k on some sig anyway. I just make my own. Still i like the picture :)

Its a good idea you had but the graphics on the smiley isn't very good..
