My friend sent in an attempt to recover his password, his recovs were long forgotten, but he had all the credit card transaction numbers, former passwords, other addition things, he sent them all in, how long until they'll respond, if anyone knows.

If theres enough info it should change your pass immediately. If you dont and send the query to Jagex, it should take less than a week. Took 2 days for mine :P
